Now that my words have been quoted, let me clarify.

I have nothing against BB, or its members. All are together in the spirit & brotherhood of biking.

The 2009 I-day had 40 odd participants.

The 2010 I-day ride had 40 odd participants, BB was formed sometime before that, and IIRC BB members decided to join the ride which is organised/ planned here on the xBhp forum.
I was a part of the ride, & never mentioned that it was wrong for BB members to join!
Members of both the forums were more than happy to meet & ride together.

The 2011 I-day ride had lesser participation than yesteryears and the participation was thanda. Hence I mentioned that another group has organised their own I-day ride, hence that could be a reason for low turnout.

Did I say anything negative about BB? - NO
Did I say BB has ruined participation for the ride? - NO
Did I say BB can't/ shouldn't have their own ride? - NO
Did I say BB is bad? - NO
Did I get personal? - NO

If the word 'local' has hurt sentiments, then I do not know what other word could have been used for a group representing individuals from one specific geographical location.
I couldn't have said 'National' / 'International'!!

i am sorry... what exactly is BB i have been following this thread and i just got curious, the only understanding i have is, BB= black berry

This was my best biking adventure till date... I will alway remember this I-Day ride, coz its my first xBhp ride.. Thankyou, Sunil sir for the great location and well organised plan of route & time management..
Waiting for many more rides...

Request people to please Ignore & put an end to who rides under what banner!
I actually had put the same thread under T-Bhp, 4wd4all & gearheads too, forgot about BB, apologize for that. (now I am talking about forums my self !!)

My Humble request is that, at least for the I-Day ride, we should ride "together" going forward.

Many could not join the ride as prior long weekend plans were made.

I am planning for another ride to take the kids along (using the 2.5K we collected in the I-Day ride), it's a wonderful opportunity for all who missed the Ride & want to ride together & participate. will post dates after checking for kids availability.

I just saw this thread..And am disappointed that i didnt see it before else i would i have surely joined..I usually read/comment just the ownership experience part of xbhp...is there some way to find out about Bangalore updates???
