Hi guys...
Thank you all for posting your ride reports.... the kerala g2g finally came to and end at 4:30pm when I (the first one to start and last one to reach) reached home

BTW, i've busted my engine. Still a big mystery where all the oil went. Riding with low oil - well, I dont have to say the engine gets damaged. I'm just glad it did not seize and stop. anyway, my crank is gone, along with damage to cylinder kit, piston, rings etc. Will be taking it to SVC tomorrow to see what can be done.

Good to hear you guys got back without anymore trouble... sad to hear abt your RTR's engine, yet I'm super excited abt your plans which u mentioned to me if confirmed by the SVC that the engine is totally busted...

What about a G2G or E2G this weekend..???

I'm ready for either, jus update me on the time and location...

P.S: @Jay just post that pics and videos of off-roading on your Ninja on kawiforums and kick those guys a***s...

Oh yeah! nice idea... will do that once Swaroop comes out with the videos...

Nice to know that everyone on the trip reached safe. Lijo lead us from the front.. and end up .

There may be lot to tell for each and every one who joined the trip..

What about a G2G or E2G this weekend..???

@ Everyone - For a change, how about a evening game like cricket, volleyball, or football etc... Then it will be more fun. . Paravur beach can be considered for one evening, where noone is much coming to disturb and more over it will be more fun than usual g2g.

Yes... took it there today morning. Told them it started at Thiruvalla, took it to SVC, when they drained oil, there was less quantity, they said take it to svc.
They said problem seems to be with head. Need to open. As it was also due for service as per booklet kms (27k) I gave it as if for service. They said they'll tell by tomorrow. I asked why regularly serviced, new age bikes have such trouble. Service manager tried to console me saying 1 in 1000 bikes may have faults. Dont worry etc. I'm sure, they are in for a surprise when they open it up... Hmmm. I hope I can get it done with warranty.

My last service was done at 244xx, after which I changed oil. Now its 27135. Its still a mystery as to what happened to the oil.


@Noel - thats a good idea. If someone has a football or volleyball, we can play at Shangumugham, or can shift our G2G to Valiyathura, near the sea bridge.

BTW, I got a mileage of 44kmpl during the Munnar ride and week before, the highest ever. Hmmmm.. Guess I should recalculate as
20L petrol + 1L Motul 300V = 88x kms..
