Need more inputs.. whats your high level plan... riding from Delhi to Leh and back to Delhi? Or landing in Leh and riding from there? Taking your bike, or renting from there? what all places you have as must-visit etc...

I'd suggest the same route we did.... (with a few exceptions)

Delhi - Amritsar
Amritsar - Udhampur
Udhampur - Srinagar
Srinagar - Kargil
Kargil - Leh
One day to get passes, resting - hoping to be acclimatized by then.
Leh - Panamik - Diskit
Diskit - Leh
Leh - Pangong
Pangong - Uphsi - Pang/Sarchu (quite hard, still doeable)
Sarchu - Manali
Manali - Delhi

The supposed date of launch is 24 of this month.. after that only booking starts.. 1st lotil kittiyal bhagyam.. need to finish a couple of services before i leap towards the big one. I will not be the only one to add to the list.. Some silent guys are also there behind the curtains. Hoping that they will come out soon.

something we should somehow achieve is create a public portal(an fb page would do) where the general public should be able to post pics of traffic offenders.We should act as a helping hand for the Police.More over,the public can post pics of cops who violate the law as well.Equality in Diversity.The Law is the Law,and No one is above it!We should be the people to bring about such a radical change to the capital city!

IMO, the dates for the Road Safety Campaign can be scheduled to "Feb 19" or "Feb 26" .. because, we do need a lot of time for the planning and execution of the campaign. This is the third time xBhp is hitting the roads with it,so it should be more impressive and effective than the last two .
When scheduled to Feb 19/26, we will be having more than one months time to prepare and i hope that is needed.
Another thing i would like to point out is, this time we should give maximum publicity, i.e. a stronger media coverage, frequent updates in all social networking sites, etc etc...
