Feb 26th seems to be a perfect date Lets confirm everyone's Availability on that date and What a about the List of guests to be invited ? Same Guests of last time ? or any new ideas ? I guess Inviting some celebrities would Pull lot of crowd. And the media is a big concern Like the Mullaperiyar Campaign guys got coverage, we need to get more of that too Their programme was shown many a times in individual channels and they got a lot of publicity in the newspaper too.

sorry guys, seems like i missed a lot..got caught up with college and stuff! better late than never. btw, regarding the projector, speakers and all...i thought it was discussed in the last g2g that there will be no stage setup of any sort, just the ride and streetplay thing is going to be done..right? and yea, the sand sculpture at shankhumugham is a good idea in my opinion. since our last checkpoint is going to be shanghumugham..or is it?? why don't we extend out campaign to far side of trivandrum this time, say, kovalam. since a lot of accidents these days take place in the kovalam bypass too...it should be effective. just my opinion.

and regarding the number of participants. the exact number of members turning up for the event should be confirmed and listed out atleast 2 days before the D-day! we don't want any last minute entree's, nor anyone joining us on the way in between. and regarding the guests, someone from traffic dept, health dept., and a celebrity too should help. i've got a contact in the road safety dept. of the city, i could contact them if it will do any good..

Dude, that's a good idea I think wee need to reset the timings. We start late by 3 or 4pm last time i think. We need to set the time a bit more ealrly so that we cover a lot of places. Just my opinion and regarding your contact in RS dept, Bring 'em in

It's a good idea bro. The thing is we need all setups like mike , screens and stage etc and the decision in Last g2g was not to go for such setups as it includes a lot of expense .

Conducting quiz at school or college level would be good I think. Or can conduct spot competitions during campaign. That will pull some crowd. Prizes too must be given off.

I suppose the School or college Level Quizes can't be conducted on the RSAC day. Spot Competitions are under consideration. Will do if Time Permits

Since the date for the D-day is some what fixed as Feb 26...Why not we assign particular task for each person or team???
We can divide the whole work into
1)Managing committee or co ordinators
2)Media attention and eminent personalities(Invitation committee)
3)Graphic designing for tees,posters and pamphlets(Design committee)
4) Publicity through social networking sites,poster pasting etc( Publicity committee)
