So we have to limit with pamhplet, tees, a banner, and something for the drama team and split up the cost and say tata to sponsorers

Will each one of us get sufficient brochures individually so that we can spread it to our friends,neighbours etc,atleast a week before the event.

It will be helpfull to get mass attraction from youths/students if we can start a page in Facebook about our event. Also indicating/advertising about this facebook page in the brochures may be good,i think..

Pamphlets are for distribution during the event. But you are free to get copies made for personal use.
Since we are avoiding the hassles of getting a sponsor, we have to limit the amount of pamphlets. During the event you'll have enough for distriubution though! so dont worry.

i've suggested an idea to Dilip regarding pamphlets. We can print pamphlets in a size of 2 visiting cards. one side will be cover safety msg and the other will ve a calender.. what you guys say???

bro that will be very small know .. also to fit a calender .. i think a size of half of A4 .. what the problem with it is as its a unusual size may cost more then the slandered OR a A4 size which we can fold it from mid like above said " pamphlet "..
