Hi All, 26th is good for the main event.
IMO its better we plan for some small sessions(pamphlet distribution) on weekdays before the school starts, I have seen many school boys coming in bikes without helmets, we should take help of police to warn them too and should do this for two days(23,24 Feb) to just to make sure that some change has happened or not.

Just a suggestion, don't know the practical difficulties behind it so do correct me

An FB event page will be enough I guess. People won't be much into browsing websites but they will sure see the FB page. The end point only should be provided otherwise other inexperienced riders might join and make it hard for us to do the rally .

Since the date for the D-day is some what fixed as Feb 26...Why not we assign particular task for each person or team???
We can divide the whole work into
1)Managing committee or co ordinators
2)Media attention and eminent personalities(Invitation committee)
3)Graphic designing for tees,posters and pamphlets(Design committee)
4) Publicity through social networking sites,poster pasting etc( Publicity committee)

Quiz idea was planned last time too, but price Diary Milk disappeared in thin air , I didn't get one either

Organizing quiz will need mic and PA system, I believe.

If using PA system, we shouldn't forget to obtain permission from respected police station, we forgot last time provoking the concerned officer.

If Tees are being printed, restrict it for xbhpians only, not for friends/sibling/whomever joining.

There was a pact before opening the FB group, no rides, G2Gs or mainstream events will be discussed there.

The Quiz and other Show things wont workout i hope. Because for these, we need to set up the stage, screen and audio system and all. It was said in our last G2G that we are not gonna do that this time, as it cost us much.

Regarding the Tees, Deville said it absolutely right ! It should be provided strictly to xbhp'ians only who are in the RSAC.

Another thing i would like to point out is the media thing. Apart from last year, we should have a good media exposure this time. so that we can grab a better public attention, as this Safety Campaign is for the "public".
