This is a brotherhood, and the RSAC is the owned by this brotherhood. So, i think the brothers should be here voluntarily, rather than forcing them to.Eventhough, we have to make them aware what is hapening in here and i hope we have done that too now.

@ALL - Regarding the dates - What about February 26th, sunday ??? opinions plzz

Feb 26th, Sunday sounds perfecto! Now, what is the plan?

Lets please put the past in the past and do what we can and make this happen... if atleast 10 people can do bits and pieces we can do a decent campaign. Lets decide a date first.
I say Feb last saturday. Pour is suggestions please.

May be, some of us wont be OK with a saturday i guess... How about finalising on the last Sunday, February 26.
Just my opinion. It depends on the majority.

feb 25 or 26 should be ok. first we have to get permission from traffic police also regarding the date, i think last year they asked us to change the date cos of some reason.. we will need to give them the pamphlet also, last years should do..

Regarding the plans, As per the outcome of our last g2g, we have our ride and phamplet distribution asusual, along with the streetdrama or something. Also, Fayad had an idea of doing some sand sculpture on the beach with the theme as Road Safety.

@Fayad - Oh yes !! last time we had to postpond our date due to Attukal Pongala. Anyone have any idea about that in this year ??

That sounds really good.
Fixing it on Feb 26 will provide us with ample time too. We can get the permission from Traffic Police, can approach our sponsors(if we need) and all that stuffs can be executed well by this one month, thereby making the third RSAC a grand success .

Regarding venue, how about choosing the place with highest road accidents? An RTI request could help I guess with the data.

But then, there might be issues with sponsors, attendance, media exposure and if done in a smaller location.
