My suggestion for pamplet is smaller, single leaflet type, preferably in color. Varun can help out with it I believe.

I've bumped into a vendor in the city itself who can deliver in 14 working days time and a great pricing! Let me know if we fix on the Tees.

I was also looking for local/cheaper options, GRz did it once at Manacaud in the budding stage. This time no ugly "abnormally enlarged brain in helmet" design. Chester boy can help out with simpler and better ones

we must do a pamphlet distribution too stating the importance of wearing a helmet isnt it..we distribute them at kawdiar or at shankhumugham or on the way?? and if it is possible to get some posters or flex before,we can place them at important places in city and in educational institutions..

If every one is agreeing we must start looking for sponsorship right away ...other wise we wont get enough time for raising the funds as well as do all the associated activities like posters and pamphlets..

Too little time for Tees - design, collect list of "participating" members, printing and delivery, not to mention cash collection etc.
Otherwise, two or three take ownership and drive it (Tee), starting NOW

Leave it to me and JJ right mr.celebrity and Dilip cheto.. ask chester to make out a design and we need a g2g tomorrow evening or sunday.. max.. tell him to mail me the tee design i will bring it on sunday.. and wil start taking the list of person s who needs it right away .. ok ?

Finally good to see every one here. First we need to make groups and assign duties to each and every one. Here goes my suggestion and people who are best in one category can put their name in respective category.

Groups( Please put your name under respective groups in which you wish to be in)
1. Sponsors and fund raising : I think seniors are required here.
2. Tees and pamphlet designing. Design and Art, Creative experts please.
3. Press and publicity.
4. Inviting guests celebrities and informing authorities.
5. Short film and other awareness presentations and awareness programs.
6. Getting things required for the rally and publicity through facebook. Posters etc.

In each group atleast 2 senior members is required as must as juniors like us won't be able to do it properly without guidance.

26th is fixed and I hope no more discussion on dates. So start putting your names in the groups you like to join.
