My suggestion for pamplet is smaller, single leaflet type, preferably in color. Varun can help out with it I believe.
I was also looking for local/cheaper options, GRz did it once at Manacaud in the budding stage. This time no ugly "abnormally enlarged brain in helmet" design. Chester boy can help out with simpler and better onesOriginally posted by The Celebrity View Post

Finally good to see every one here. First we need to make groups and assign duties to each and every one. Here goes my suggestion and people who are best in one category can put their name in respective category.
Groups( Please put your name under respective groups in which you wish to be in)
1. Sponsors and fund raising : I think seniors are required here.
2. Tees and pamphlet designing. Design and Art, Creative experts please.
3. Press and publicity.
4. Inviting guests celebrities and informing authorities.
5. Short film and other awareness presentations and awareness programs.
6. Getting things required for the rally and publicity through facebook. Posters etc.
In each group atleast 2 senior members is required as must as juniors like us won't be able to do it properly without guidance.
26th is fixed and I hope no more discussion on dates. So start putting your names in the groups you like to join.Cheetahs are faster but the lion is still the KING
