@all: keep an alternative in mind. Sunny and I had visited the Dhaba last Sunday and though it was functioning as an eatery..the MCD wouldn't let them lay out tables and chairs. So this could well end up as a standing G2G

@all: Guys, please keep this thread for discussing G2G plans/ ideas and stuff (like other G2G discussion threads are), else I would be bound to, sadly, lock this thread.

And is there any g2g tomorrow? If there is, then I would sincierly request the member who is planning the g2g to post a thread or a conclusive plan so as not to confuse other members..

As I see now, there is a lot of confusion going on in this thread and in general regarding whether there is any dhaba g2g tomorrow or not. This is really not done. The first one to start the confusion should either come forward and take charge or should not start such confusion in the first place! Period.

Yes, a Dhaba G2G is there on tommorow, as originally suggested by Leon Nerd.

The meeting point will be Xbhp dhaba in qutub institutional area.

The agenda will be routine chit chat, and if particpants interested we can discuss and paln few longish rides.

Hearsay report from Bandhav: G2G is on at the dhaba with approx 8 member presence at this moment.

Somehow in the the morning when i left from my place for the dhaba i had a feeling that the presence will be very lower, but so what a plan was made and it need to be executed.

Get up in the morning, called up LP, met him at Mayur vihar red light, as expected we were the first one to reach there. I asked him about that has he sent across the msgs through Google SMS channel, an affirmative answer followed but we still had our doubts as we havnt received any sms ourselves.

In between on the way to dhaba on few corners i had close calls.

As OF has already reported due to MCD there wont be any sitting arrangement, and the NEWS was genuine as it can be.

Time was passing by and Me & LP were the only attendees, i thought that my doubts are turning into sore reality, but a white snatro=two Aditya didnt let that happen.

But it didnt end there Gurveer, Harmeet, followed suit on two different generations of P180. We also have our over enthusistic P220 rider RX100.7050 aka Dipankar.

And subsequently we have Kunjal, Our long "short" rider Aseem with one of his friend on R15.

And if i wont mention our Ravi bhaiya, the post wont be conisdered complete.

So the last count was 11, i must tell you a good one conisdering that the final decision was made last night only.

But the special mention should be made to about the failure of our google sms channel as most of the subscriber received the msg today only, that weare having a G2G tommorow, LP received few calls on subject WTF?

Everybody left the dhaba around 12 o clock, me, lp & kunjal left togather as we have come back to our very own jamuna paar.

We stopped at yusuf sarai for getting the lp's bike's battery changed.

And at very entrance of the flyover which take us to the ring road i entered the right hander with over enthusiasm, ran wide and it was too late to notice the dirt and loose gravel, bike fishtailed and bang i hit the road divider. Fortunately LP and kunjal was close behind they helped me and my bike getting back on their feets/tyres.

And if i wont mention the Brotherhood spirit of LP how escorted me all the way to my place even when he is getting late for his office, hats off to you brother, i hope you liked the coffe made by my wife and my mother-in-laws hand made kachuari.

@Bandhav: Thank you for the write-up..And I hope you are okay now. Corners are always dangerous, and these days I have been noticing that there lies quite a lot of gravel, dirt, etc. on almost every good corner (at the exit) which is really dangerous!
