Hi guys,

Pawan and I did visit the red bull event at Rajpath.

Initially I wasn't planning as I imagined a huge crowd and a relentless sun. Neither was Pawan planing to go. However, Pawan calls me at 1315hrs, says his mom is pissed and wont allow him to take his bike out, and wondered if I was still interested. As many of you don't know, I love riding and travelling, so I agreed instantaneously albeit a bit apprehensively. Accordingly he asks me to meet him near his home on Rajapuri, Dwarka sector 4 ASAP.

My mom had just set lunch on the table. So I tell my parents I am going. Unsurprisingly they were dumbfounded at the last second notice, and suspected that I was being dishonest about something. They tell me to have lunch first. Of course that would have eternally delayed me, and left Pawan waiting for eternity. So I skip lunch and ready myself. In the meantime dad asks me a lot of questions and advises me to take the metro, due to lack of parking spaces in that area; and not to take the camera as I have a high probability of losing it in the crowd,etc etc.

Anyways, I pick Pawan from the designated spot at 1345hrs. Pawan says that I really delayed it, and we wont reach anywhere near 1400hrs. To say the least, we did make it there by 1400hrs, give or take. Then it took us a little exploring to find a parking spot.

Once we got to the entry points a new problem arose. Pawan had with him Titanic4u's SLR camera. The security wont allow any camera's through and later at a different entry point they objected to helmets aswell. God only knows what the logic behind that is, so we didn't argue. Besides we saw many people already standing about, and wondering if they should throw the camera in the bin or donate it to the security, or just turn back. Since Pawan was responsible for the camera, I leisurely imagined the consequences of trashing or donating the camera, and came to the conclusion that Pawan would find himself drowning in the freezing deep waters of the Atlantic Ocean, close to where the Titanic sank decades ago. Further Kate Winslet's erect pink tits will never be photographed again! So I never once suggested to trash or donate the camera.

Anyhow I suggested to Pawan that we walk around a bit, do some reconnaissance, and see if there is a weak spot to sneak in through, secret agent style. So we walked around a bit. While we were doing that, I saw a hot young woman crossing over from the other side towards us, crossing the empty water pond. Me and Pawan were intending to do the same but in the opposite direction. So I inquire with the young woman if she didn't want to witness the event. She was friendly and said she does, but her friends are getting of near India Gate, and she was going to meet them at the bus stop. Pawan and me continued our recce. I was pretty certain that more chics are going to join her. Deep inside I felt it would be more worth while to spend time befriending this young woman and her beautiful girlfriends than watching the event. Pawan wasnt interested so I let the idea pass.

Ultimately we circle back and reach same entry point where we were earlier. I see that young woman again, and as I had imagined she was accompanied by 2 more hot young women. Pawan suggests that we stand on the opposite side before security check point, in resignation. Again I see the same young woman, with her friends as if they are following us. They sat underneath a tree about 10-15 meters away from us. Later I saw them sneak in from the side with no security people around. Me and Pawan did the same.

And FINALLY we were in!!!

I saw the renault suv's driving around a bit like follow the leader. Didnt see them drift. Then after a awhile saw the F1 gallop about. Missed the bike stunts! All in all I felt the event made a fool of a major percent of the spectators who weren't close to the stage .

Coincidentally Pawan and me were standing comfortably near where Sunil, the XBHP photographer had positioned himself.

The ride to the event and back from the event was more thrilling. Doing a recce and hoodwinking the security to sneak in, thanks to the pretty young woman and her lovely friends, was also memorably thrilling.

Hi,
I'm presently in Jaipur, and will be going to Delhi for a day or two.
I want riding gears: jacket, gloves are must, and knee pads, elbow pads...
I think it will be best for me to check New Delhi(although I stay and ride in Calcutta) for these stuffs...Can you please write the proper place/market where I can find these which are VFM.
Also, how much amount should I take with me, as I'm a student I've to ask my parents for the input. Please do reply ASAP, 'cause I'll be leaving for Delhi tomorrow only and my internet is damn poor(via bluetooth).

Heard AlpineStar jacket many times, anyone post its cost please.
And please write costs of each item alongside, that are known to you.
