Small Log and First set of pics

Weekend was coming and I had no plans so, when I got a call from Pawan asking me if I can join in, I decided what not but was still not sure. Saturday Night I was with friends and came back home at about 3AM. We all were supposed to meet up at 6 so decided not to sleep. Also, I was not sure about the meeting place so sent message to pawan about it, and surprisingly he was awake. He asked me to come directly to Peera Garhi Metro station and tried to give me direction but It was too confusing for me. Opened up Delhi Thread and saw that people will me meeting here first and Peera Garhi would be second meeting point.
Reached Dhaba at 6 and only one xBhp-ian (m@v) was there. Called up Pawan and he told me that Dhaba has been canceled and everyone will be meeting up directly at Peera garhi Metro Station. Thankfully GPS is pretty accurate on mobile phones these days. reached the meeting point by 6:30 and met people waiting for us. and then wait started for other people to join in. Especially Sandeep and shekhar.


Once we all gathered, we started towards out destination. It was great to ride in formation after a long time. Road was pretty ok till we reached the 6 lane highway where Ravi bhai was waiting for us.


It was amazing ride till lake with not much traffic. Enjoyed breakfast and had hell load of fun at the lake. Also it was a cool place for us photographers with beautiful vistas all around.

Call for urgent G2G:

Guys, a fellow biker, Wissam Al-jayyoussi is doing a ride on a BMW1200GS across 21 countries in Asia to support a noble cause.

The main aim of his journey is to raise funds for an agency which is working in the field of providing medical help to the affect children in Palestine.

Wissam started his journey from Dubai and after riding through Oman, Iran, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, and Nepal, he is now in India for a few days before he hits the road again.

I've been in touch with Wissam for some time now, and going by his blogs, he is having one hell of an adventurous roadtrip. So much so that he got his satellite phone confiscated by the Indian authorities.

Wissam has just entered Delhi today and would love to meet the xBhpians here. He will be in Delhi for 2 more days.

I think it would be great to not only meet a fellow biker and listen to his experiences, but also show our support and solidarity towards his ride and his cause.

So, how about about a get-together tomorrow evening at xBhp office at around 6-7 p.m.? I know it is a weekday, but this is how it is.

So let me know how many of you guys will be interested in attending this G2G.
