@pranay - FYI, first timers on the track would generally clock 2:30+. Again it all depends on what bike you are riding and stuff. Sub 2-mins is expert timings on SBKs.
Also more than a fast bike, u need a good handling bike.
Somebody please start a new thread to discuss and post the pics. The pics by Sksy are too good to believe and it sure deserves a new thread

Thats good to know, Joel. I agree on the new thread to discuss everything learnt from the track day. People would want to know what to expect if they go again, or others who go for the first time.Originally posted by Joel View Post@pranay - FYI, first timers on the track would generally clock 2:30+. ^^ so.. you rode back, heh ?
Couldn't really talk to you after your crash, but i don't know if you remember about this, i almost ran off C4 when you took me on the corner on that lap. Not so much your mistake, but i was scared off into running wide when i saw you behind me, and then a few seconds later i watched you crash on C8 (right ?).. The whole thing was very eerie, i mean i was going 'wtf' and then you go down in front of me..

I was doing better on the track compared to my previous stints..
I took the outer on C8 and rest is a lesson learnt the hard way...
Flat back, no front anchor, a throttle held on to the clip-on by a nylon thread, a broken right peg, a winking head light, busted knees and a dented ego...TVS 50 XL -> 125 XXL : TVS VICTOR GL : YAMAHA R15-S : YAMAHA FZ1n :: KTM RC 390

Whoa! Good to see the track day happen. Kudos to Wonderboy! Looking forward for the pics. All men dream, but not equally. Those that dream at night in the dusty recesses of their minds, wake in the day to find that it was vanity; but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act upon their dreams with open eyes, to make it possible. - T.
