New on xbhp. But happy to pitch in. Have entered my details.Originally posted by valkyrieX7 View PostYup... that's a bummer.
I really hope people join in... because the purpose of this system is defeated if we can't cover the country.

Brilliant initiative. For rookie riders like me, this might come in handy.

Sorry for the mistake.. I have corrected the spelling mistakes.. I can't control people entering wrong spellings but I will periodically manually curate the sheet to check for these errors!Originally posted by Legend Racer View Post

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
The girl said, 'NO!'
And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.
THE END

Re: All India emergency rescue system (AIERS)
Enrolled. @sibun @sambit @Bibhu - guys, lets put Odisha on the radar too!
Edit: valkyrieX7 - small suggestion - we can create a database and that's the easy part. The accessibility of this data to a rider stranded in the middle of somewhere is what will make this initiative stand out. Maybe we could find a way to integrate this information into the xBHP app or create an app specifically for AIERS where registermed members could have the entire data on their smartphones on the move (stored locally/cloud) and would be able to filter by location.Last edited by bbsrailfan; 12-23-2013, 01:10 PM.Biking is not about how many Km/h you put on your Speedo. It's about how many miles you put on your Odo. Ride Safe, Ride Long!

Also, it is a nice suggestion.
An app which can sync the spreadsheet and store it locally will be better as riders may not have internet all the time...
I will search for any available app that could do the trick....It will save time.
Offline storage of the data is very must for the AIERS system to work in emergencies.....
