    In the list please keep it region wise, as a person looking for information will be in a particular region. Nobody will be looking by name but by State-City

        But anyhow, I think it will be better as you have suggested.

          As many people here are kinda backing off to give their numbers, it'd be best if the mods makes only this particular thread locked and accessible only for Xbhp members, then I think others won't mind sharing their numbers and all other personal contacts, just my opinion . . .

                Create an spreadsheet in google drive, change the access setting such that only people whose email I'd,s are added can view the spread sheet. View only access. Give owner ship to that spreadsheet to yourself and the mods. At mid of every month the mods can pull a listing of email dis of all the xbhp members and upload it to the google docs access granting section. So any one whose email I'd was added can view the spreadsheet and download a copy to their smart phone before leaving for a you're or just download it periodically. U can import this into outlook contact ans sync with windows phone, android or Symbian Nokia that way you have the number on the phone book also. Pm if you want step by step screen shots for what am suggesting. I ca. Help in getting this going...
