1. Where will the meeting point be and what time
2. What to carry and what not to
3. Mandatory documents needed at state broder crossing
4. Accomodation at various stops..

1. Where will the meeting point be and what time
Meeting point will be at Dehu road..03:30 AM sharp.Mumbai public will meet us at Fountain hotel by 06:00.No late comers will be entertained
2. What to carry and what not to
Garam kapde ,the usual spares,your bikes document.Get your bike serviced and everything checked up.
3. Mandatory documents needed at state broder crossing
Just carry your bikes paper and Passport :P.No document required at state border crossing.
4. Accommodation at various stops..
Well, For accommodation there is nothing as such planned or booked.We will reach our destination and scout for staying options.

you have got your head light job done it seems
i have seen the amount of dust entered in your head light assembly

even i had my HID blown yesterday now changed to halogen again
currently my bike is with mechanics and getting serviced

Day 2 - Ahmedabad to ROK to Nal Sarovar (Night Stay - Night Stay - Reach and Search basis,if there is any.Else we will visit Nal Srvoar and come to Vadodara for night stay)
Day 3 - Nal Sarovar - Vadodara - Daman (Night Stay - Reach and Search basis)
Day 4 - Daman - Pune

Please carry all bike documents,License and necessary spares (ex - Clutch and front brake levers, clutch cable, spare spark plug, spare headlight bulb (just to be sure) & basic toolkit).
All riding gears is a must
Most importantly get your bike serviced and checked up.Dont forget to tank up on the 25th Night.

Scary Incident which happened at 1:55PM today

I was on my bike coming from Deccan towards Agri college via FC road. After I crossed HDFC Bank to my right, I noticed a white Tata Winger Cab struggling in front of the place where the divider starts on FC road. It was slowly heading straight for the divider slowly since it wasn't able to get enough space on either side (presumably or the fellow may be confused). I overtook him(from the left since there was no space on his right), but as soon as I was passing him, he pushed me onto another Alto going in the same direction. Avoiding all these, I moved on and reached Agri college signal.

Looking at the timer, I realised that I won't be able to make it past the signal since I wished to go straight from there. So I gently rolled to a stop just behind the stop line and a rickshaw stopped alongside me(on my right). Since I actually stopped within legal limits, I was weary that somebody might try to jump the signal and go, so I did not turn off the engine immediately and was watching the mirrors. Something distracted me momentarily and after 3-4 seconds of stopping, I suddenly heard chi-chi-chi-chi noise of tyres screeching to a halt. Checked my mirror and spotted the aforementioned White Tata Winger cab hurling towards me at a good speed. Immediately I released the clutch and went a few feet ahead only to see that the car wasn't able to stop in time and eventually stopped to my left(ahead of me) on its way, passing where my rear wheel was and missing it by inches(if not less..as confirmed by the rickshaw fellow).

After successfully avoiding getting rear-ended, obviously I was shaken by the incident and felt like telling everyone. Please take care on traffic signals. If you are on pole position at the signal, Do not turn the engine off till the time you see there is at least one vehicle stopped behind you. Since I was not wearing any gear at the time(apart from the helmet), there was nothing that could have saved me in case I wouldn't have been attentive enough.

Why dont you ride to the meeting point directly instead of coming at 11in the night. Come directly to meeting point at 3:30 from mumbai ... .. u wnt have to break up your journey in that case .. Much fun ... hum ..

Also, please suggest me that harness for the back pack as you told me last time. Would get that thing done else.
