    Some Automatic Scooter (Spirit?)
R15 and P220 sold due to lack of parking space.

        • @ everyone - who all are planning for riding gears or jackets or helmets try this one RIDERS DISCOUNT: Motorcycle Accessories, Motorcycle Helmets & Gear if you all are ordering in bulk you can share the 25$ shipping cost easily and it falls cheaper and are better quality ones as i am using shift jacket and knee guards. Regarding sizing doubt and all mail them up and they will reply with a sizing chart so you can clear your confusions.
You can club your order and talk to ICC World for taking care of your shipping.

Regarding DSG Primal, i am using from last 2.5 years in summer, rains, winters and its way better than any other full gauntlet gloves, but this or any full gauntlet glove is not meant for city riding. As Being a full gauntlet it provides you protection on wrist in case of an crash, so city riding is a bit tedious as we have lot of stop and go traffic in the city. And again you buy velcro or primal or any full gauntlet you have to take care of the leather as the leather is the primary thing for protection, stiching issues and others.
Any full gauntlet are best for highway riding.

For City use the best deal is Cramster MX 3, Anant bought it first and as he was satisfied with its results, i also got them and since last 1.5 years using it everyday for my office and city commute and if you can take care of the velcro near wrist by cleaning it, then its one of the best deal and safest too as i have taken 2 crashes on the same one and it is a better glove at the rate cramster sells it.

@satyen - you have a R15, Ninja and RTR and some other bike too right.

          EDIT : Is there a G2G today ?

Bhai I don't have Cramster MX3. I had the Cramster Twister, though I was barely satisfied with it, it was nothing to write home about especially in the rain. DSG Revive in comparison is much better. Frankly I find full gauntlets overkill. There is enough leather on the half gauntlet (Twister / Revive) to cover the wrists in case of crash.

            Nav has a
            Bullet 350
            Karizma
            Fiero
            R15

and now he will come and disagree with me .

Good collection at the site mentioned, but all are expensive, considering my budget of 6-7 k :-/

About gloves, I had before DSG Vector, probiker gloves, which easily tore off in one crash (I know they are of sad quality), but since then using full gloves, and have found them very comfortable, also they have got looks too
Haven't yet got chance to test in cold or wet, but summer, bring it on

Also, is G2G there tonight ?

& @AntiqueBlue: it would be great if we can go together! peer review is best
In my considered opinion, just like there is no best bike, there is no best jacket. Yes, what one can get is a score of about 7 out of 10 on most set parameters for one jacket.

I went thru this turmoil while selecting a jacket for my needs. I checked out DSG, Cramster, Alpinestar and whichever riding jackets I could see in showrooms. Finally, I chose the SCOYCO JK-27. As I have written earlier, it did not get a 9/10 in any single field but neither did it get a 4/10. So, why did I choose this jacket over the others?

                  1. It is a correct fit with AND without the inner thermal liner - a very skillful tailoring job.

                  2. It has adequately placed and certified armour and most importantly, this armour is completely removable to transform the jacket from a hardcore track type to a casual winter one.

                  3. It is superbly ventilated - two zippered vents just below the shoulder blades change shape into air intakes which act almost like aircraft intakes when the jacket is worn. Air entering these intakes is channelised thru the front and the back and exits via outlets in the forearms and mid-back. So, the arms AND the back are both really well ventilated.

                  4. The jacket is reasonably water resistant, not proof.

                  5. The material is very good quality woven mesh fabric, tough and durable and quite resistant to tears.

Lastly, it is a touring jacket, with adjustable straps for the hips, just like I wanted.

The vendor is Mr Baljeet Kocchar, 9371031307. Price about 2 months ago was Rs 6500/-

So we should buy jacket only after trying it out, because as I understood, they might not fit you well even after being of your size ???
