Have you bought them yet? I tried Primal rs.2,499/- but no S size, do you wanna try Cramster TRG-2 rs.2,300/-.Originally posted by Alibaba View PostI heard that DSG is launching its own riding pants now. Btw, I am looking to buy a pair of gloves, mostly DSG Primal. Anyone else? We could club our purchase together and get discount.
Fellow members how is Cramster TRG-2 any idea?

otherwise I was of the opinion that my post was conveniently ignored by everyone...
I am more inclined towards DSG Primal since there are some bad reviews about cramster products all over forums.| '91 Yamaha RX100 | '08 Suzuki Swift | '08 Honda Dio | '09 Bajaj Pulsar 220F |

Its good If you have long rides on menu then yup go for it. For short rides the palm sweats up like hell.Originally posted by MAVERICK_m21 View PostHave you bought them yet? I tried Primal rs.2,499/- but no S size, do you wanna try Cramster TRG-2 rs.2,300/-.

I would also like you to see DSG Revive... short glove at its best and lots of protection...
But if you insist on a full gauntlet at all times then please check DSG Vector gloves...Best gloves money can buy, iam talking in terms of protection. Carbon are also preferred but they have some color fading issue when palms are sweaty and then you have blue colored fingers all over....
If protection wise rating then
DSG Vector - 4.5
DSG Primal - 4
Cramster - 4.5 (only for long rides, very sweaty for short ones)
DSG Carbon -4.5
DSG Revive - 4 (cz its a short glove, lower wrist area is open and bone is exposed, so go for full gauntlets)
and yes cramster has some bad issues regarding the velcro straps, in rains they kinda go off and even the stitching is kinda weak. In all go for primal if budget crunch or else Vector or Carbon.sigpic
Do not argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and beat you with experience.

and how would gloves be sweaty for short rides and not for long ones?? i didn't quite understand that. Neither i have faced any issue about stitching or velcro.
If any member has faced any of the above-mentioned please let me also know and also what can be done to avoid thatWARNING!! Objects seen in Mirror are Disappearing Rapidly!!!!!!

Long ones all gloves tend to develop sweat on our hands... Thats common.Originally posted by siddharth_ZMR View PostI am using Cramster since nearly a year now and used it in all 3 seasons... i don't think its sweaty.

But this one, being absent of vents your hand sweats up in like 5 mins of riding which shouldnt... (the ones iam using do not have vents either but there is no sweating even after 30mins of city riding.
Well about the gloves stitching you need to get it checked from the store you got, they might replace it or repair it... this is what we have been told about cramster products...sigpic

Even i am planning to buy the riding gears from DSG. In case you are yet to buy, can we arrange a deal with them? (This wont be a bulk deal with 3-4 ppl). I dont know if they offer any discounts.Originally posted by Alibaba View PostNot yet. Thanks for the response

We can atleast try to go together as a crowd and see if they give us any discount. Worst case, we will not get any discount, which is what will happen if each one of us goes individually.Originally posted by ASSASSIN07 View PostEven i am planning to buy the riding gears from DSG. Thank you for the responses from Eeshan, Sid. & Alibaba.
I have tried Primal/Vector but they do not have S size so the knuckle guard comes back for me, @Eeshan you mean to say i need to check with the stitching for Cramster any other suggestions for protection matters for me?
@Alibaba I don't mind coming but I have already replied S size is not available with them. Let me know.
@ASSASSIN07 you can check G2G offline-Mumbai thread where someone has posted today discounts on various products not sure if gloves were a part of it.
DSG Primal are the best gloves I have seen amongst fellow riders.Last edited by MAVERICK_m21; 03-27-2012, 06:43 PM.

Lmao sid, iam not cornering cz thats way toooooo inside or inner line to be precise. If i was cornering if the pic is concerned then i would be scraping the dirt and not tarmac....which i certainly dont wish too.Originally posted by siddharth_ZMR View Post@Eshan ... I guess you are not wearing KNEE GUARDS in the cornering pic you are using as Profile pic and Signature Pic..am i right???

and yes i choose to wear knee guards inside the trousers or jeans so in all the pics they are not visible.sigpic

Those who have already brought the riding gears - Which jacket among the various shown in the website is the best for Pune's weather including riding to office. This would be an investment for 2-3 years, hence asking for your expert advice!Originally posted by AntiqueBlue View PostEven I am planning to buy riding jacket upto 6k , may be I can join too,
