A question to the knowledgeable people here.
Got the following specifications from the Kawasaki Indonesia website for the FI 2013 N250. Link :Kawasaki Motor Indonesia
Though in different languages its easy to interpret the details. Seems the new N250 has reduced power and torque by 1 PS and 1 Nm respectively. Also 2012 N250 delivered 22Nm torque at 8200 Rpm. The 2013 delivers max torque 21Nm at 10000 Rpm. Doesn't it mean there will be lesser torque at low and mid range rpm in 2013 version? Though I am not a knowledgeable person, your interpretation seems to be right. However,I seriously doubt that the specs would be correct. When riding from Mumbai to Pune on 19-Aug (Sunday), I witnessed several bikers (riding responsibly) in the direction of Pune-Mumbai somewhere near Khopoli or so (can't remember where) around 3:45 PM.
