Just be careful those who service their bikes from other dealers as last week yamaha technical team had raided yamaha riders, and found that the drum brake pads which they used to fit customers were not of genuine quality neither were seal packed, also some of the break pads used were used ones which they reused and customers were charged a 25% amount less than the YFS spares and services, In this raid many of the offficial service center and dealers were caught, and some of the dealers servicing licenses are revoked, so make sure the parts bought and fitted in front of you are seal packed and has a bar code written on it.

Yup the one in Camp. I remember when I had the FZ16 I had a terrible experience with them. The chaps there were always very casual even when working. Somehow didn't like their overall attitude. Once I saw them washing my bike chain with soap and water AFTER they had lubed it. This was 4 years ago so don't remember exactly all the details. But I stopped going to them after my 2nd Free service. On the other hand Monarch Auto was a great experience right from servicing to delivery.

Words of caution

For the guys coming on the sunday ride: The only fixed timing is the time of departure. There's no saying what time we'll reach which waypoint. We could be back before 6 in the evening or post 9 in the night.

Many of my friends had the same complaints even same was with monarch yamaha too, now it seems they have improved but also heard they still use some bad policies to make money, afterall dealer is sitting to mint money than why will he care for customers.

Hi,

Monarch Yamaha on Tilak road. I used to do regular servicing there (now I'm in Mumbai) & I was pretty much satisfied with them. No nonsense.
The only glitch (which I hated the most), you need to schedule the visit, no walk in. Give them a call.
Or else try Factory Shop.

@Mr.Mokashi, just for everyone's knowledge, BAL SVC is NOT at Lal Chowk. It is in Munawar (2.5-3 km from Lal Chowk). Goes by the name Paris Automobiles.

Going to the other side, there is no BAL SVC in Manali or Kullu or Leh. The first SVC is in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh on Sundarnagar road, over 1000km away from Srinagar SVC .
