Dear All,

As was discussed on saturday, kindly find attached the excel sheet template for the contact nos. details. Kindly save it onto ur system and fill ur relevant details and upload it back here. I will download the same and update the master sheet. Once everyone has filled it, i will upload the master sheet for everyone's reference.

P.S: The link for this post is present in my signature too, so for everyone who missed out this post can re-collect it.
