the trip was good... but fortunately/unfortunately much of the "NO ROAD" condition has been changed into "ROAD LIKE" conditions... most of the stretch has been re-layered.... but the ride was fun... kinda different experience... n not to forget jackrap who had the balls to take his ninjaOriginally posted by rohitlc View Post

The ride today was awsome. Totally different experience.
However, our raju guide who goes under the alias Surojit was of no use. He had to stop at every corner and ask for road. So to redeem his mistake today, Raju is leaving for Leh today to do proper reccee of the complete road.
Hats off to Jakrap. He is now officially India's first OFFROADING NINJA. I never would have dared ride my ninja on that road/no road condition. Good Job.
Our official photographer aka RishabH was busy sitting on side of the road to do much of photography of first offroading ninja.
MG - thanks for my initiation to offroading.

It was nice tailing a Ninja in that stretch. Now I know that off-roading on a Ninja can be done. Although Jakrap(Ninja Rider) was riding very slow but I guess I can maintain speeds of 40-60
which is pretty decent for that stretch.
