Take Nh4 till Khapoli crossing.Khapoli is after exitting e-way.
Take left from Khapoli and ride till Pen.
From Pen, ride on Goa highway NH-17 ,do not take left for Goa and the straight one will take u to alibaug. 145kms.

There is supposed to be lavasa ride on sunday morning which i will be joining.

Fact:
1. PBK Shirode Auto Kothrud had a notice put up saying all PBK vehicles can be serviced in any regular Bajaj Service Center.
2. I wont be able to trust my vehicle at a regular Bajaj SC.
3. All free services are over. This is 1st Paid Service @ 10k

Querys:
1. Where can i get Motul 300v 15w50 FS in Pune?
2. Where can i safely get my P220 DTSi serviced safely in Pune as PBK Shirode Auto Ghole road is closed for the monsoons and PBK Shirode Auto Kothrud is 20km from my place and i dont like PMT.
3. Is there any Castrol Bike Zone close to Shivajinagar whose services could be used instead?

Guys This is IMPORTANT

Slight miscommunication from Shirode Auto.

I went there to get teh CO checked for my bike on 5th June. I was told the same thing.. that Shirode Auto is closing.. and All 220 DTS-Fi and DTSI can be serviced at normal showrooms. I went mad listening this.. had the same apprehensions. Because normal showroom guys cant even service 150 DTSi properly.. leave aside 220DTS-Fi.

Had a word with Pro-biking guys. And got to know the whole story.

Absolutely wrong info that Probiking Service Center is being shut down. The reason is.. Shirode Auto is leaving dealership of bajaj. They are moving to Suzuki. Now whole list of service equipments and manpower will be shifted to SAI SERVICE in KOTHRUD. So SAI SERVICE is going to be the one stop for NINJA, 220 DTS-FI & DTSI, both. I was told that all Ninja Expert technicians will be now working at Sai Service. So pro-biking people assured me of same service quality at Sai Services.

Initially I got so furious that I was planning to sell my 220 DTS-Fi. but after knowing the right info... hopefully we DTS-Fi owners should get decent service. Lets keep the fingers crossed. Else if I dont get good service.. I know whom to blast.

@surojit- I'll be riding down tom irrespective of the rain. In fact I am really looking forward to my first rain ride, especially to Lavasa. It is a spiritual experience riding to the holy grounds-the rain, the fog and the greenery...nirvana!

@saad- My parking lot was flooded after yesterday's downpour. Was up till late in the night taking the water out. So was in no shape to make it to Lavasa this morning.

Just got back from Mahabaleshwar, was good but a bit disappointing as i was expecting rains In fact i was sweating like a pig on the way back home Hope lavasa is a bit better tomorrow.

had gone to pirngut today... road condition not good till there... mud,water,soil,sand on most of the part of road.

yup dude.. I live these only nd yesterday, I slipped twice on that road since then the mud was not even visible!! one was just before toll naka and then the next just after the naka!!!! lol

The condition is horrible... also, to all those who are going to lavasa tomorrow, ride carefully especially till the Pirangut

Is the Lavasa Ride for tomorrow, Confirmed? Even if the rains lash again? I might come. Tentative.
Another thing is, My knee pads are with a friend in Mumbai, anyone willing to lend me one tomorrow if they have an extra pair i.e or Can I just come without it Surojit?
