hey man.. i have no idea on how i could lose weight.. i tried hitting the gym.. but it made me gain even more weight..(muscle weight i.e. ) and regarding weight loss on the pulsar... losing the fairing wud make the entire thing less areodynamic.. and neither do i think losing the rear fairing, mud flap, chain cover, number plate () etc. will amount to 10kg.. so its better left as it is.. i guess then.. vishwas's option #1 is partially the best bet. i think the downhill stretch after the DOD board on Mumbai-Pune highway with a tail wind at 3.30 am would be my best bet...

Welcome to the club man, if you are serious then Google around for GM diet or whats also called as Motorcycle diet... its a <10 day program... do it once, and then maintain good eating\resting\excercise habits...

Check out that drag RXs they have nothing on them except for the R15 for fairing, it still beats the pulp out of anything... anyways thats why I asked, do you want to venture into drags and all..?

hey dude you can loose weight in gym also, the only diff is you have to do the reps faster than you do normally and that really helps plus you can learn some yoga and follow the strict diet ( leave nonveg, dairy products completely)

Leave Non Veg! I was looking for a bit more topend.. not trying to find ways to kill myself in some other ways..

BTW protein (non veg) is essential for muscle repair when doing weights and i dont believe in protein supplements.. but this discussion is OT, so is my Top end question...

anyways.. for now.. i am happy with what i have.. and am willing to lose a drag or 2 to saad in the happiness.. if/when i need some extra topend... i ll go ahead and buy one of those secondhand ninjas.. there are a lot of 'em these days i guess..

That tunnel yesternight was brilliant..not much traffic...I hit 200 in the tunnel
How long do you guys reckon is the tunnel ? 1km ?

ON second thoughts....the Duc 796 is considerably well priced yeah. There is no point denying that. Hope it also turns out to be very reliable and if so then its a battle well won by the Ducati ! Thankgod their days of being overpriced at everything are over ! They still are suckers in my books !

actually my goal was not to beat saad... i havent even met him till date.. how can i challenge some1 whom i have never evn seen.. my goal was.. to ensure my bike is performing at its peak.. at all times.. even at times i may not hav balls enough to touch even 140 inside the tunnel.. dunno why but the tunnel scares me...

Arey dont worry, some of us indeed thought that Saad aka DevilPulsarian is an urban legend, but then he appeared (or someone did who impersonated him) on the 600RR welcome G2G... I dont think anyones seen him after that except for certain privildged ones

This was at midnight with cold ambient temperature so actually the illumination inside tunnel was fantastic and not much variation on tarmac temperature or whole gazzilion stuff.

Mahabaleshwar is a bewda heaven (quarter system hotel) so not much use as our G2G venue. Please go inside the hotel and check whether it is suitable of purpose of sitting for long time without ordering anything and walking out without paying.

Actually only NV, Sirhud and you stay in vimannagar area. More people who actually come to G2G stay in Aundh, Baner villages so it is better for them to have a G2G at least some times nearer their homes.
