Good point.. In this fast moving age.. you cant rely on those Letters posted to you.. using a Kabuter or dakiya. You want the information about your near dear ones faster. And Phone call remains the Fastest means to reach people. Thats why you have a Default LONGER ringtime and ringtone for Calls.. And relatively small default ringing tone for SMS and email.

And even Smaller "Ting" for FB post.. On the contrary most of the people on this earth dont even know whats FB & Twitter. Just 50 Crore people on this earth are on FB (how many active users.. less than 50 %).. out of 690 crore people on this planet.

And yes.. People whom you are really close to in your life.. (parents.. best friends... siblings.. cousins.. GF... BF... ) The probability is more that... You will Call them.. Sms them.. rather than Ping them on FB or Tweet..

So traditional mechanisms are most robust means to communicate.

P.S - but yes... Modern Mechanisms will eventually become traditional with time.. as people adopt technology and become more dependent on them.

A gyan discusssion did take place.. but it was'nt biking Gyan. G2G was small. Momos and Thupkas were very good.

Those all senior members who told that gyan milega, they didn't came for the G2G but still vishwas, surojit, ram, ankit, rohit, anant, pads and me have at least started discussion about how to go ahead with the awareness ride, it wont be possible to finish everything in one g2g so requesting all the members to be present so we all can reach to one common point and the motto behind it can be discussed keeping everyones views.
