    I think this could be the simplest thing to do

    1. Arrange a g2g . If its as moto cafe , you guys can get images on USB and play it on TV like a slide show for presentation. Otherwise get a lappy with ppt for other venues. Also get handouts (A4 or half of A4 sheet) for people to carry some info home.

    2. After 80% of the crowd gathers for the G2G , have a 5-10 minute presentation with 5 mins of QA session .

    3. Do usual chit chat before and after Presentation.

    4. Somebody has to start it once and we need volunteers for next 3 g2g's also. else we all will keep on talking abt this and it will never happen.

    EDIT : I did read all the posts but still missed if there was a g2g happening

          when i ride bullet before my bullet was solid condition but i once race with a Ceilo car and my engine size. mechancic say bullet is good bike but no racing. it is good for three people and very powerful.
          one day when i become rich i but ducati and then I race with cars. not now.

                      dude..there were no projectors and there were no cops. There were no kanda uttapas and puri bhajis either because no one turned up at all lol.
                      It was ritwik, vishwas, shadowfall and I.
                      Srinath and Pads came wayyy later

                            me,spidy,motor & mastermind are coming tomorrow to pune by car for october fest
                            mastermind is doing some jugaad for entry
                            it will start from 4 pm -- so any guys interested please co ordinate
                            we will probably stay & attend niks cafe the next morning

                                Is anyone interested in going for "shakti pradarshan" at khadkee arms factory... its an annual show by the army people wherein they display all the weapons they use and give demo wherever applicable.... i will be going at around 0800 hrs .... the timimgs are from 0800 hrs to 1200 hrs
