Do you have a lease/rent agreement made for the pune house? if no make it done by having a word with your owner and submit the same address as shown in the agreement along a MSEB bill which should be within last 3 mths and make sure the owners name in light agreement and light bill name should be same in both documents. if that also the owner doesnt have you can ask him for a copy of pune muncipal tax where your house address is mentioned.Originally posted by kochumvk View Post

I dunno man, I have Woodlands from 1995 (they cost 3100/- back then) and they're still tough and fine after innumerable rides and hikes (one of which was through the Himalayas and the Chitwan rhino sanctuary in Nepal in 1999).
