8.30 am is way early man, I think starting the ride at 9.30 am is better as maximum people can participate and join in and we can easily reach the event by 10.30am.

8.30 will be too early, hardly takes a 20 minute ride to BWM from Moto Cafe.... so i think the meeting time should be revised!!
Also are there any pre rides to the event....may be a dash to lavasa or so and then heading to BWM...

@Shrinath/Eshan: Lets keep the timing as it is. Anyways we are leaving from dehu road at 9 only...so we can reach there by 9.45 ish. That place wont be closed that time, the xBhp admin team would be there.

I think there shouldn't be two venues. It adds to unnecessary confusion and also delays the start. Let's have only MotoCafe as the starting Venue and the time to start can be 9 AM.

Hi Karthik, its on the old highway to Mumbai a bit before lonavalaa.
Try and sync up with the Pune guys as they know the place well.
