Arey waah numbers look good, now only if DCS bhai would confirm rent, i can put some sort of cost estimate in sticky for the trip.

Also, i was thinking of leaving as early as possible and maybee have some photo session in fields along with riders and rides during sunrise.

How does a trip start time of 04:00 hrs sound to you all ???

Guys as he said... we would be leaving early from delhi so to cover the maximum distance by 06.00hours and moreover the time it would be 06.00AM the sun wud be coming up,and we would be able to take some pics along with the bikers..
i request some one apart from suhail to carry a CAM and some add on's may be 2-3 scale models for the pics..
Though we woud be having the lead people to guide the route..i wud be getting a copy of the whole route,printed to every one,so that every one has it and know's where to go ,how to go...+ to it...

@All: A hummmble request! Please keep all bike's Documents complte and a your bike stock tool kit.if you feel company hasn't given a tool that is neccesary,please buy one and take it along like for ex: A "T" of 8 number isn't there in Doscover's Stock Tool Kit..however it is needed to open alomst all the major Nuts! ..

Anyone having a Puncture Repair kit for tubeless,would be helpfull..carry a water proof plastic sheet,Hind me Tarpaal..atleast 4 to 5 square feeet,or a rain coat! a pair of slipper's

make sure every one carries a duplicate key and clutch and acclelator cables,and lever's!!

in the morning lube your chain once!! check engine oil..
and bow your head to your bike once..

Hey LP i would be meeting you all directly at Monestry as would be coming from my office(which is hardly 5 minutes away )

And guys i would suggest that we meet tomorrow and then we can buy all the stuff together like cables, extra engine oil, first aid kit and bla bla bla...

Also if someone wants to buy any riding gear then can come along.. in my case- Gloves.

Just spoke to the MAAALIK of the Hotel, he told me that the Rent is Rs. 1000.00per day, to which I reminded that I paid only 600.00 in the month of Jan.
He said that that was an off season...dont know what he really meant by that.
anyways, he aggreed to give us a discount of 25% and I will be speaking to him in an hours time. still please note down the address.

"Off season" means thats the business is running slack. So less tourists. This is the peak time for board exams and further down towards entrance exams. Also, businesses are gearing up for the new fiscal year. So everyone's busy except the riders .

Someone, aare everyone should carry cam, let every person do some photography and then see the kind of pics you will be able to collect

If anyone has GPS then that will be great, dont prepare map ,rather mention the major cities/towns and respective National highways with distances and the planned stops in a sheet of paper, and yeah ask everyone to PM there number to you, which you can print off in a sheet of paper and give a copy to everyone..

Please take collective responsibility to ride safe, keep safe distance, do not overtake each other, give way to people with pillion, slow down for giving way to Volovs, STC buses, BMWs Mercs etc etc




make sure someone check the papers of all the riders before you leave, so that you guys dont face any problem...


Keep big poly bags(yeah the same one which are banned in Delhi) and if it rain then simply cover you bags with that..(tip courtesy previous chail trip, I think roger bhai and ravi bhai gave us this tip) slippers, apne le ke ja...!


Do all this in the previous day(time) so that if there is any problem you have ample time to rectify things..

but yeah bow after you are back safe from the long ride..
