    @John- I am not really keen on Mekedattu/Sangam for only one reason that I-day being a public holiday and a saturday:
    1) The place will be swarmed by loads of people who really dont bother to sit and fiddle with our bikes....
    2) You really can get to know the new members in such a crowded place...

    PS: its my opinion/suggestion, iam absolutely fine if everyone agrees with Mekedattu..

      Fully agree with Striders line of thinking. Personally I dont know either place but whichever is less crowded would be better IMHO.

          +1000: I agree with maverick's idea...
          I insisted on Alligator lake since it wont be crowded...
          PS: If anyone is aware of such places, their suggestions are welcome...

            FYI to all..regarding the alligator lake place idea..

            localities over there do not like the line up of the bike and last year we had to move out from this place as they were carrying woods etc. from the nearbye jungle. Also, they were pretty unhappy upon seenig 30+bikes and riders.

            I would suggest a ride towards maddur ccd or town via nice road etc. if everyone is comfortable with it.... we have several empty streaches in between wherein we can park aside and talk....well this is just an idea...

            city ride am out..not interested in getting jammed all the time within city and will be too boring to see the same bad roads again and again. its my personal opinion plz dont fire up on this.

                  may i suggest Krishnagiri Dam?
                  After Hosur, road till Krishnagiri is amazing.
                  Early morning meet, sunrise near dam would be good.
                  Lot of parking space near Dam.
                  CCD on the way to Krishnagiri.
                  BIKER ...the thrill and sense of self-fulfilment is obtained from living a little dangerously!
