I have done Bangalore-chennai-bangalore almost 3 times now. Nobody has stopped me till date.

If we're doing "KRISHNAGIRI DAMN- THE HUNTED" thingy, why dont we go from silk board to Electronic city-Hosur-Krishnagiri??
Roads are good now. Esp the stretch from EC to Hosur... its done up now. Maybe a small stretch is bad, otherwise kickass road...

I'm game for ANYWHERE- i have blocked all calendars for this I-day ride.
Unfortunately this saturday I never new that plans for the Kanakpura lake trip was cancelled and changed to Shivasamudra...I even came to cool joint @ 5;40Am. Johnny told me that they had changed plans. So i wnt back home-- and slept.
BTW: I filled petrol also

at the 24hr bunk in BTM.

It was not a ride report. I thought since shivasamudaram was being considered as a possible destination for i-day ride, it was meant to be an update on the "road condition and what to expect at the destination report (for those who havnt been there)".

@Coplay: I have done the Hosur-Krishnagiri stetch twice to go to Hogennakal falls and both the times I was checked(after 10pm on both occasions)at the checkpost...
Isn't Silk board-->Electronic city--->Hosur--->Krishnagiri the only route??
Correct me if Iam wrong..

i think thats the only route (better road) towards K'giri, any one knows any other route, i remember long back some one was commenting about some shortcut, not sure though.

Oh after 10:00PM?? I usually do it at 4:00AM so that I reach Chennai by 10:00AM. was never stopped till date.
I have also crossed Hosur Chumma to go have Dosa at one A2B( Adayar Anandha Bhavan) in between Krishnagiri-Hosur. Nobody stopped me.

I thought "Silk board-->Electronic city--->Hosur--->Krishnagiri" was the only route but the guys here seem to have MANY routes.

AFAIK the route mentioned above is wonderful. No problemo route.

yeah the above is my route to college ( upto chandapura ) 15km from hosur ... the route is good when taken during non-peak hours otherwise it'a a major pain in the " you know what " ...
