Yes, the 4 Joke is still under the cards but definitely not the V 2.0 ji...! Looks funny from almost all the angles...CBR looks more matured!

i brought jacket .. so that i will be safe , wanted to buy nee guard out of money .. but i just spent 2 k in hospital .. a jeep guys took a right with right indicator on and then he suddenly turned to left and ramped m down .. got 4 stitches on right nee .. some of the bike parts broke

well you know cbr is a way too much of weight for me.. its like ~40kg heavier than r15..!!for a person who has ridden a super lite RX that would be a huge shift of riding style. when i tested it, i felt very uncomfortable.Finally my blood is all poisoned by yamaha..

As a Solo Rider, V 2.0 looks good, but with a pillion, that too some moderately tall guy on the saddle, it's disastrous...! The Z will be soon acquired in the stable, Doot is already there with a close pal, just need to get it from him washing his brains...!

@ Seniors - Guys don't you'll think our sweep rider Mahesh has totally lost touch with us and the thread... he seems to be too tied up with life.. its high time we met him .. lets at least plan a city meet soon and get all old members together asap.

@Ram, I tried calling you on Saturday mate, guess you were busy. Since I was in Coonoor, I just wanted to clarify whether we ought to keep a city meet or no, but then suru told me that the schedule was a little tight. So maybe this week?? Fingers crossed.

So if everything gets sorted out after careful planning, that is after he returns back and some inputs from guys like you and Karthi ji, I can start the epic ride.

Since I find it hard, all alone to ship my bike to Chandigarh and do a Manali ride from there. If anyone gives company it's fun and you feel safe, moreover if anything goes wrong, you always have company

As a friend i would like to tell you this incident which changed my mind from acquiring another two stroke (even ur bike..though money also matters )
when i proposed this idea to my mom from Coimbatore about buying another she said "will you ever come home or talk to me after you start rebuilding it?"
That really stopped me from thinking abt another ! So please consider your personal space also...coz after drinking the blood of 2stroke no one can get out of its magic!!
Please dont consider this as offense or some thing bad..its just my two cents!!sorry i said this here because i really dont have time managing a single two stroke..and down the lane it needs 10X dedication and time.

Exactly!! no pilllion can be suitable and thats not a problem for me ..but my sole purpose is a tourer... though this one does not offer very good saddle for packing bags but i am very much attracted to this ..
And yea i am all up fro drag !! after all i dont care a sH** abt whatever happens to this bike since its already a 4Joke

I understand ur care & concern completely, the only problem with me is that I've got almost everything for the Z including the full body kit, wiring harness, 5 Speed Clutch casings, & almost each & everything that includes in it except a chassis & a Tank. So i'm actually hunting down for a el-cheapo Z with just a basics of a running on it, rest it will take max 2 days to build it. This will tell you what kind of spares that I've stocked on. A small portion of it for your ref.


Now, tell me should I go ahead with the build or sell every thing off...?

well i dont even throw the waste covers that comes with spares, which have Yamaha printed on it so i know how hard is to throw or abandon this much! so its just you who have to manage from here on!! coz as as smackdown says "here comes the pain" ofcourse its sweet when you ride it

Yes Vijay, this trip as heard from who have done it, is a pretty rugged one and not something which is done for Timepass or just for fun!! when i heard from karthick ji abt his experience of the trip it was very understandable that it needs lot of experience. so please do some trips and get used to the riding gears they completely mute the outside world from us...i will also do my best after i come back
