I guess Akhil already had something in store. I was going to call him today. Me and John were thinking of A2b. It does make a lot of sense to go to a quieter place though. Keeping it short n sweet and like John mentioned there is good parking and riding as a group will take time hence the short trip.

We at Hyderabad are feeling like life has started moving ahead in slow motion. Don't even know how we are feeling. Cannot express that.

There will be a meet in Hyderabad on 18th Morning. Sunday and Deepavali / Diwali.
Time and place would be decided and members would be informed in the Hyderabad G2G thread and also via an SMS.

The biggest irony is that he passed away on the same road, riding the same bike, wearing the same jacket, helmet and shoe (though we couldn't get to see the shoe, those are the ones he uses for riding) and Kiran was the last person to see his face alive.

And we were also the last members to see him ride the busa and have some kind of interaction atleast a wave.

Accident took place exactly 20kms further from where this pic was taken. This was one his fav roads around hyd.

Its still too hard to accept that he is not with us anymore!

I'm going out for Bangalore for Diwali. So wouldn't be able to join the Tribute Ride in Bangalore.

i was shocked when i read about krisss, i had read him many times on XBHP and agained alot from his experoences, may god bless his devine soul peace...its a gr8 loss to indian bikers community that can never be filled again...

One more Irony was that, He was ready to go (he himself suggested) to Ananthagiri Hills for this ride, this is the place he hates so much. But finally we had to change the destination as the roads were not good.

same here ...i'll most probably be in puttaparthy. I'll pray for Kriss and his family though. Condolences from my side. I never knew him, but he seemed like a great person, what a terrible tradgedy

When I met him the last time on the very same NH7 I thought that this time I'd take some panning pics of him riding the Busa and present them as his marriage gift

Its hard to accept the fact and I'm still unable to digest it.



I strongly feel that the media should be invited before we start our ride in hyderabad...
So that the world knows about him and they dont think that its just one more accident due to reckless driving...

I just cannot and dont even have words to type, speak or convey. Its a wound deep within that cannot be expressed. thats the reason I did not post a goodbye anywhere, on forums, or online communities. Kriss as I call him instead of Chaitanya is always there with us and there is never a goodbye.

This is the most depressing week I ever had. 2 deaths and a very close shave to death in the form of a massive accident. All I have to say is, ride safe guys and keep your gear on. We may be right but someone else's mistake/carelessness can cost us our dear lives.

Am enraged by what the media has to say regarding this issue and sadly there isnt much we can do to change them. Or maybe we can, but its a long way and we need the entire participation and support of xbhp. Its about time, we show the 'people' what rules are, what law is, what the truth actually is. How long should we live on bloody verdicts like bigger vehicle/faster vehicle at fault or a richer person at fault? There is something called a law book which contains rules which under no circumstances can be misused and with a little common sense and concern, we can make a substantial change. We have always been hassled with issues in many accidents, but even in such serious cases when false allegations are made, we just cannot sit quiet. What if the same would have to happened to you, me or our loved ones...or heck, the press persons' loved ones? Will he then write against his people? Sad that people are like this.

Am sorry if I went really OT but I just spoke out in anguish. This is something which am unable to tolerate. I had my share of experience and am quite sure everyone did. But in this case when a very good buddy of mine who I know has nothing to do with this is being accussed falsely just to support the damn government bus service is something I cannot take. To hell with democracy, I dont even feel that word should be used in this nation.
