@Mik: Lansdowne is no doubt a lovely place, but one has to cross the stretch of Meerut to reach Lansdowne. Not only Meerut, other towns like Najibabad and Bijnaur can also be a headache, if not anything more.

Not that any place in Himachal is traffic free. On the contrary, Himachal's roads might see more traffic, but riding through UP can really take a toll on somebody. Anyhow, various destinations - both in Himachal and Uttarakhand are being considered.

Get CEAT Vertigo for the rear! I have been using them for the past 3K Kms. Pretty neat Duals I feel.

And get DURO dual for the front. DURO front will cost you around 1200 INR.
The Wheel was a great invention; Two Wheels with a Motor in between was even better!

Wow!!! isnt this thread shaping up very well...with everybody pouring in there beautiful ideas and new joinees taking hell of a interest its good....
very nice Aryan Da and Ken Da, you both have started another great initiative which should be followed by xBhp nation wide.... be it plains or hills an "Induction Ride" would be a great success......

                    Rachit:- Congrats brother....

Jasmeet:- If you going for a ride before this induction ride then may be you will just need to get the oils changed...

All:- do take good winter clothing and yes as specified by Mods, safety gear is important...and also try to get a Balaclava as in winters the freezing air can jam you up under the helmet so a Balaclava or a Bandana would be must.

Cheers man happy preparing for the ride

I don't know how to say this, but my chances of attending this event seem bleak right now, as I got to know this morning that my end-semester examinations are most likely to start from 7th December .

Anyways, I'll keep you guys updated if any changes take place. Till then, I'm most probably out of this event.

@Zyan: I take care of CP Probiking showroom not the Kirti nagar service station.

@thechamp: You can get it serviced at Kirti Nagar Probiking.
