Now this was something I had been waiting for. I'm interested for this ride and glued to this thread for any & every update.....

desperately want to b a part of this ride if our mods find me a suitable candidate to apply for this process.

I was very much interested in this ride but i dont fit the eligibility criteria!
and i don't think right now i can ride 400kms single side in one go!
i am not experienced for it think so!
but i have ridden 232kms to rishikesh.

@ all: I dont think that we have to ask Aryan if we qualify or not. Lets ask ourselves, are we good enough? and am sure, it will keep the thread posts to minimum. Ask yourself that are you sane enough to be an asset to the riding group then to be a liability, are you sensible enough not to endanger the life or security of your mate? You will get the answer from within and that will save a lot of time of Aryan.

whats the update, though its 3 weeks left but I think we should have atleast the probable members interested in this ride

We have about 10 members who seem remotely interested in the ride, out of which 4-6 people do not even qualify for this, based on their non-touring experience. I am looking for a group of 11-12 members, or at the least 9-10 members to be able to put this plan on the road. The members who have applied for this are:

1. BestOfRivals - I have no idea about his touring experience, and neither has he himself mentioned anything about it.
2. Prateek - He does not have enough experience, according to me. I am looking at people who must have done atleast 3-5 long rides; people whom I do not have to "mentor" during the trip, but who can ride and take care of their own self.
3. Nipunblaze - He does not qualify, because of non-touring experience.
4. dcs - He might not be able to join in given his committments, which I totally understand.
5. Mostwanted Racer - Just ONE ride prior to being in this thread doesn't qualify.
6. Sikhbiker - His Shimla ride was the first ride that he did; so he is also out!
7. DD - Well, he ofcourse qualifies given the huge amount of experience that he carries, for the group.
8. Abhishek 2433 - He also is a suitable candidate, because of his riding style and prior experience in touring.
9. Sarab - I have personally seen his touring capabilities on xBhp; so, I would say he is also a strong candidate.
10. Kunjal - His riding style has changed tremendously in the recent past, and for good. Also, he has toured quite a bit to be able to come for this ride.

So, we see that there are all but 4 riders who seem to be interested in this ride, but haven't quite given their 100 percent concent as yet. Taking me into account, that makes 5 of us in total, whereas I am looking for somewhere close to 10-12 people for this ride.

P.S: What's the update on your front?

Sir G, i Don't know what to mention here but to be very true i have been to chail -simla with Xbhpians last year and this year Dharamshala with Xbhpians and before that been to Hrishikesh, Musssourie with my friends 3years back .Its just that My parents don't allow me for solo ride ,they allow me to send with a group otherwise i would have toured a lot,That is why i keep on looking for such kind of threads.I am waiting for the place to be finalized so that i can finalize myself if u will allow me to join you. Nothing much to say because you are a moderator and u've got the POWER

This is a tremendous piece of news, dcs! I would be absolutely honored to ride with the person with whom I had ridden to Spiti, my BEST ride TILL date!
