@all: People who are more or less sure of their participation in this ride should get their bike serviced and checked for any issues well before the actual D-Day (10th April, 2010). Also, please fix up your schedules accordingly, so that you can be a part of this ride.

In addition to fixing up any issues with your respective steeds, please keep your vehicle documents in proper and valid condition (RC, PUC Certificate, and Insurance) along with a valid Driver's Licence. Any failure to provide these before the ride is started would mean the respected member would be asked to leave from the ride then and there. I am reminding these points time and again so that people really take heed of these things.

Meeting place and time for the tour will be soon informed to concerned persons about a week before the ride is to commence. Meanwhile, I am releasing a quick checklist for those who are too lazy to make one.

2. Thermal inner
3. General medicines
4. Balaclava
5. Shaving kit + mouthwash + comb + shampoo + Soap
6. Mobile phone and charger
7. Handkerchiefs
8. Change for one day
9. Spare key
10. Trouser/payjama
11. Puncture repair kit
12. Spare bungee cords.
13. Tube for Petrol xfer
14. Cash for petrol and some extra cash too, apart from the expenses for the trip.

This is a general list; some of the items may not be valid for certain trips.

The kind of guys who are going, I don't think we would require swim-suit Ken da! And that list is a perfect one to take into consideration before any long ride.

delhi-ponta shahib

delhi-karnal in groups and solo, there no count of this

if we won't get chance to ride with the experienced rider how can we gain experience...!!!
and you know my story for any particular ride I need to convince my parents and thats the reason I am not attending the recent G2G's happening.....

@Sikhbiker: All I would say for your over-enthusiastic comment is that, please wait for the final list of riders to show up in this thread.

@all: I hope you guys remember that first week of April is the time to post your confirmations for this ride, in this thread. This is done to ensure that proper accmmodation can be arranged for all of us, at the destination.

Well the first week of April has already started logically.... so any update.

@All: I would now be requiring a confirmation from everyone whose names appear on the "tentative list" of riders, as I would be booking the accommodation at the destination accordingly. As for the "destination", I would be disclosing that shortly, but it would be a Saturday-Sunday weekend ride, about 350-380kms. (one way) from Delhi. Also, please note a back-up vehicle in the form of a 4-wheeler might just accompany us where we can keep our respective luggage, safe and sound.
