I would like to join in on this. But cannot confirm as of now.
My experience : Done 500+ kms in a day more than a couple of times, including a few solo rides too. Have extensively ridden in ghats in Maharashtra, although yet to explore the Himalayas properly.
Hope I qualify for this, and if I do, then hope I am able to join in.
Never be a part of the crowd !!!

My friend there is nothing like good tourer or bad one.... there is no standardisation in this field. Its just passion which keeps you going on; a way to relax, recoil & realise. @Prateek: Knowing you, I know you will take this in a positive manner. There will be loads of more rides to come in the future, for everyone.
@Nipun: Categorizing yourself as a "good" or "bad" tourer will severly limit your riding skills. As I have said to Prateek, there will be many rides in the future, and I am sure you won't lose heart just because of this one ride.
The list of riders looks decent as of now. However, there is still time to go for the final confirmed riders' list to show up on this thread. Meanwhile, the probable destination for this ride stands as follows, NOT in chronological order:
1. Narkanda;
2. Naldehra;
3. Chail.
All those who are sure about joining in on this ride, please get your motorcycles checked and ready. We don't want any last minute hassles on this. I know you all understand, and know it beforehand.
