@all: With the inclusion of Sarab_Fi and Anuj_Kewl, the list of riders has exceeded the 'capped' 15 riders already. Accommodating any more riders for this ride would be an issue. Also, as far as the expenditure for this trip is concerned, although it depends from person to person, but generally it should not exceed Rs.1500/- (excluding the petrol expenses) for the two-day trip (including accommodation and lunch/ dinner).

- The meet point and time would be posted by this weekend.
- Please understand that everyone must abide by the meeting time, as being punctual is the first step towards any successful travel plans/ ride.
- Additionally, please make sure you sort out/ service your respective motorcycles within these 10 odd days, for a smooth, uninterrupted ride; it would benefit the group as a whole.
- I am repeating this time and again: the vehicle papers (viz: RC [Registration Certificate], valid Insurance papers, valid PUC Certificate) and a valid Driver's Licence MUST be in place. ANYONE found lacking in ANY of the above mentioned documents would promptly be asked to leave the ride. Each of the riders' vehicle papers (and Driver's Licence) would be checked positively, BEFORE we leave from the meet point.

my luck played again with me and seems like i'm going to miss another great trip.

day before yesterday got my bike serviced, throughly. yesterday i was getting tic tic sound from the engine and black smoke. and today while returning home, my bike seized.

going to service station to bash up the guyz who worked on my bike and gonna take complete revenge. But in a sane manner.

will update tomorrow or in the evening as what happens with my bike now.

Highly frustrated right now.

RPM, the list has already crossed 15 riders. However, if somebody backs out at the last moment, then you would surely be joining us. Meanwhile, I would suggest you keep your vehicle in prime condition!

Dada I dont have the RC of the R15 yet, it will be coming sometime in the end of April. But I do have all the papers. Also I will get a PUC Certificate done this Sunday just for the heck of it. I hope it wont be a problem

One question how much would the accommodation cost?

The destination and the meeting point would be decided later?

Ok fine,as u say. Anyways I m going to take my bike for a through service this weekend as I will still hav 6days for tweaking up any changes reqd.

Since yours is a new motorcycle, acquiring the RC would not obviously be possible. That is pretty understandable. Yes, get the PUC done, to be on the safer side.

The accommodation should not ideally cost more than Rs.800/- per room, which could be shared between 2/ 3 people (per room).

Yes, by this weekend, the whole plan would be up and the thread would subsequently be locked.

@All: The accommodation would be booked on 3rd April, 2010 (Saturday). If anyone has any cancellations/ confirmations to make, please do so BEFORE 3rd of April, 2010 as any cancellations AFTER 3rd of April, 2010 would result in the member paying for the accommodation irrespective of the fact whether he is IN or OUT of the ride. I hope you all would co-operate.
