Toady went to HH showroom to find out the prize of karizma , it was quoted as 88k plus change and the exchange value fixed for my uni (2 years old) is 55K , I am wondering is it really worth it . Not that I am not happy with my uni but only that I miss power when I am with Xbhp G2g , my bike has no problem and it's really a trouble free bike . Should I think of an upgrade now or should I wait ? Guys pls help

Nope...arun took it. I was suppossed to join them but had to go to my native (kovilpatti) very urgently with my family. So i could'nt join them. Arun took my bike.

I had took out the parts, Washed it complete, fixed few niggle abt a month ago and parked it in celler. Now i has gathered abt a kg of dust on it again

Never buy a bike for these kinda reason. Its your personal bike its ur baby and just this one reason alone should'nt make u buy another bike! Buy a new one only if u want to or if you need more power.

xbhp rides are hardly once a month affair. And i dont think UNI is less powerful in anyways. Max u will catch up with other guys (if anyone ripping) in 30 secs. This is not a vaild reson to change your bike!

Though the price offered for your Uni is good, I think you should wait for a real upgrade.

Today i experienced a minor crash on my bike..but the damage is fatal.
Any one can expect their clippons breaking as nuts as the last possible fatal damage that can occur.
By god's grace i survived even though the bike is damaged a way beyond expected
This happened at a small gulli junction.Im on with my helmet and was speeding around 40 ( Yes Yeah 40 ).Suddenly a bike from the left gulli(at a junction and he was going to the side from where i came from) came into picture.he didnt even horn and jumped on the road as if somebody's is poking him from the behind.When i had first glance of him he was exactly in my path and had a head on collision.
I braked very hard and hit him at a speed of 10-15 max..
The Irony is the bike is Passion.He didnt had a single big enough damage except the indicator damage and a bent crash guard.Here r the pics

P.S:I always horn and apply slight brakes daily at every junction.Even Today i did the same..But i dint get the reply today

Hope you are ok. The bike looks okay. Repair wouldn't cost much. The clip-ons do break if the whole weight of the bike falls on it!
Next take it to tadbund and claim insurance. Dont go to kachiguda.

Moral of the story- avoid speeding in gallies.

Depending on the road i dont call speeds upto 120 kmph as speeding. was pulling your leg.

Yup kachiguda is the worst! But you have all the spares handy! My bike is lying there since 3rd and not yet ready! Things to be done- new fairing, new meter, new indicator, new mudguard. Thats all!
If you are ok with not having the bike or can arrange a spare bike like me give it to kachiguda.

I don't think the old ZMA will be upgraded further as it would cannibalize the ZMR.
I suggest you wait for a cheaper 250, or save up for the Ninja 250, as most of us doing!
