Mumbai G2G thread has less posts than Hyderabad G2G thread couple of months back.


Anantagiri Hills Ride:
It was a nice and happy trip. With Mr. Sun playing hide-n-seek most of the time.

Wokeup at 05:45am with 30mins late than alarm shouted. prepared my self and got ready (excluding bath ). Bike was ready for the ride already, kick started it and reached Mehdipatnam ICICI bank in 15-20mins at around 6:15AM....15mins late than scheduled time.

after 5mins could see...two red bikes...with two red DSG jackets and one yellow and one blue helmet! so it was obviously the two guys with the same uniform I always see. Kiran on his ZMA and Shashi on his sparkling new R15.

So at end..it was 3 Guys, 3 Red bikes, 3 Red jackets and helemets of different color. We dint wasted any time there and had started immediately...after reaching Chevalla..we decide to have breakfast at roadside cart..where we usually get tast breakfast than hotels!

Completed upma dosa's, idlies and normal dosas and started back towards AH. I think by 7:30 we reached Anantagiri hills and the climate was awesome at that time! we went to our favourite spot there, parked bikes and they were ready for the photoshoot! with loads of photos of scenaries around with 3 bikes....sun slowly started peeking on to us!
We deicded to taste some curves ... went down the hill with trying corners..but most of time it was scary because...the trees have lush green and nothing could be seen on other side...came down the hill...explored a small road to find nothing but small village...went ahead towards tandur and came back as found nothing.

Came back to AH and went to one of the view points, we sat down for some time and I felt to do a burnout there, and ended up screwing the Michelin M45 as the burnout happend stone was underneath it and the result is known.

We explored little forest around...with kiran clicking some nice pics and i clicking most of time my bike's pics. Shashi while was enjoying the nature. As the sun ws getting little harsh! we deicde to ride back home.

Ride was little fast than the earlier morning ride, with couple of stops in between for exchaning bikes...it was mad rush and came back to Langer Houz by 11.30AM, where we said good bye to each other and ahead to home!

@ Riaz : With all do respect bhai, but i dont think the # of posts dont matter if those ppl are more active offline and i guess we beat them at that too....

How about a G2G??? It would be nice to see all the Bikers together after the Fund raising G2G @ gandipet

Back in action

Due to long and busy year, am thinking of a ride to any place and any distance.... preferably from thursday to saturda as on Sunday am heading back home for my holiday.... any seggestions or riders thinking of heading somewhere let me know... 9885911456

Me and my friend while returning saw three properly geared bikers heading towards the hills. I thought of stopping and picking a conversation but by than you all were gone.
Anyway , I ll share my version of experience and pics at AH. Met a group of Bird Watchers as well . We started at 5 AM from Kondapur and were back by 10:45 Am. We thoroughly enjoyed our ride via scenic stretches of Moenabad. We actually thought of taking few snaps while returning but detoured to Mumbai Hyderabad Highway and returned.

We saw the Black R15 at AH, near the temple and two guys clicking the pics of statue.

We did stop there for a moment, but moved ahead for further points.

Im in london since two days!
Nice place here...to be precise nice locality where I stay. No crowd and silent!

What makes look ugly is the cars all overs! but regularly I get a chance to see some big machines...R1's, CBR's, Gixxers....and many many more including Harleys, Triumphs, Ducatis and many many learning 250-400cc bikes!....and saw a Honda's counterpart of R15 i.e. CBR150

The locality Where I stay is near to Great West Road, its a nice and well maintained roads and its very well organized and rules are striclty followed.

I am enjoying walking a lot now, hopefully my little tummy will disappear soon.

Hi friends,


I am from bangalore xbhp. planning to go Jabalpur sometime pretty soon. Checked out on google maps and the route goes from Hyderabad-Nagpur. [1400kms to destination]

Was planning to start at night so that I can cover early part in the night

Is it safe to travel bangalore-hyderbad at night? Require the tips if any anyone has done it before

We are planning for a trip to Ooty...
Route-->Hyderabad-->Bangalore-->Mysore-->Bandipur-->Ooty and back.

It would be a 5 day trip (might be extended to 6 days as per need)

Planning to do the trip by the end of July...
Would give a confirmation once the dates are finalized

As of now only Me & Shashi are in along with two of my office colleagues.

Firstly we planned for Vizag but we have postponed it as Araku would not be in full bloom in this time of the year...

Let me know if any one is interested.
