If it's Bangalore, we can pick our clear visors there itself. Manage till Bangalore and from there we can have ride happily with clear visors during night. but if Its vizag, then we have to find some one who can send clear visors to us from bangalore. I have no hopes on finding those visors in Hyderabad.

even if its banglore we cant pick up visors as we will be bypassing banglore and those helmet shops are in lalbagh road(we have to spend extra 5 hrs in banglore if we intend to get clear visors)..

Any how i will try my luck in abids tomorrow again...

Somedays back kinshuk ordered an ls2 helmet from a dealer in cochin..so we can ask that dealer to send us the clear visors..i guess three of us need visors..

You guys missed the tribal museum, Ananthagiri coffee plantation, chaparai waterfalls and TYDA. Enought to warrant a trip

The route I am suggesting is next thing from isolated I think this fits the criteria..

The reason I planned for Araku for 5days is that we will have plenty of time to really enjoy the ride as well as the trip, if it is something less we will be riding most of the time as Ravi Anna suggested.

The way I have thought it is..

Day1 Hyderabad to Badrachalam night stay there, start in early in hyd so that reach there by afternoon do the dsarshan or exploring the river (if interested) same day.
Day2 Badrachalam to Araku (via sileru & paderu) start by 5.30 ~ 6.00 so that really more time for stopping where ever we want, still reaching Araku before dark.
Day 3 Explore in and around araku for full day and stay there for the night walk the streets at night (I think this will be a awsome experience I always do this in tirumala)
Day 4 Head to Vizag and visit the beach then head to Anavaram and stay there for the night! (This is the place visit year after year in the monsoon I dont know why! I love this place!)
Day 5 On the NH7 till Vijayawada dont lookout for anyone unleash the horses! Then to Hyderabad.
            Google Maps

This way it gives us a really really enough time and there wont be a question of being tired or missing a landscape that needs to be SHOT!

PS: Still this is a thought I have and I am still in for anything the majority says!
Rakesh, from Bhadrachalam, if you go through Paderu, the road is through the forest. Single lane but very relaxing and scenic

            • I have been to Araku (2006) and the other option being discussed Ooty (2010) on the bike itself. If its Araku then I am in for the ride, Ooty is still fresh and def not in .

Some one spoke about rules not being strict and doing laps on Coimbatore track and stuff. Guys please wake up....I don't want to dig further right now.

I will be in Pune on August 3 and shall be visiting Planet Dsg store in person. If anyone needs anything from there please let me know in advance.

PS: a new video is uploaded on my fb profile. Kind of street fun under complete safety . Tirumulgheery cross roads to cyber gateway in 13 minutes and 43 seconds. in broad day light with some flowing traffic.

bang-mys-ooty need five days may be even more to explore it to the maximum...say if we start from hyd in the morning we can reach mysore by evening covering srirangapatnam on the way, stay for night@mysore,next day mysore palace, chamundi hills&few more places..again stay at mysore..starting for ooty next day early in the morning (mysore-ooty is scenic)via bandipur on the way..stay at ooty for night ..again via dodbetta can reach coimbatore..if ppl are intrested few laps@kari race track(coimbatore)..back to hyd again...

Uff i am planning(dreaming) a lot coz of lot of free time available
                  TRACK ......... What the Frock
Didn't expect in the wildest of my dreams that I'd ride on a track
I think full leathers would be a compulsion there and for a track ride its always better not to mix it up with a touring plan as on a track we need to be prepared for the worst as we are FIRST TIMERS
If this plan finalizes it'd be an awesome experience to stay back one night in Bandipur forest cottage instead of Mysore

                  Both the plans are great!
But its always better to expect the unexpected and if we have an extra day in our itinerary that would be very very helpful

Any idea what might be the cost of a 5 capacity tent ??
Or anyone in Hyd XBhp can lend us the same (The Ladakh Conquerors ??)

@Vinu: I am still confused between the AXO Gloves and the DSG Waterproof model... Can you try some of the options there and please get me what ever you feel is comfortable ?

+1 to that. No one should be even thinking about the race track if they dont have the requisite gear.

@Vinu: Shall let u know by tomm abt the Planet DSG thingie. Wanted to get a Honda tankpad

                    • I asked kinshuk about the visor thingy long back when he ordered it. I guess autoqueen guys should be able to send us the visors alone but I'm worried about the transit guys. they really don't care about the package.

Bandipur forst is a great place to stay over night as said by my friends who visited bandipur a month ago. how about trying that guys?

P.S : First finalize on which place to visit :P

And you are in a hurry to decide the place.

And that Vinu is also going to joining the ride if it is araku (which I know will be a like party rather that a ride)

I will like more if it is Araku!
