    Thats what jaisalmer does to you... its a beautiful place, the rajasthan you imagine in your heads.... Had it not been the project work, I would have joined these guys too!
    When you head to udaipur, take the pokhran road... one of the finest stretches of tarmac in the country! It ends on a T junction and there is a dhaba there where I have had my most memorable alu and paneer parathas!

      Yes one day is more than enough re. If you go from MTDC towards Ghatghar, the road is pretty bad initially, then you have a fairly long stretch of fabulous tarmac (and VERY foggy!) followed by gravelli tarmac all the way but very doable. You can't rip through any of it though (and why would you want to anyway). Returning from Ghatghar, instead of taking the same route you took to come, take the fork just outside Ghatghar (it will appear on the right if you're coming from Ghatghar) which leads towards Bhandardhara. This road has a LOT of gravel. You'll see a temple on that road as well (its there in one of my pics) which you can visit if you want to and then you can head straight to Bhandardhara from there making it a full circle (you'll land up at the Dam). So yeah, that's the route I would recommend taking.

          Yusss! And its MUCH better than the Xperia Mini Pro. Quite satisfied with this investment. Mini Pro was a waste in so many ways.

                    Lonar crater has been on the radar for a while, but sigh I cant join on any rides for a good while now!

                        HJC CS R1 Now available at AH Helmets for 4250/- and for 3800 with "xBHP" or "SatyenPoojary" discount

                        All those who have been wanting to shift from LS2 or wanting to buy a new helmet this is an awesome international product at a neat price.

                        Fox Raptor knee guards are now 1150/- (Psst these knee guards are replicas though)

                          On another note... thinkin' of going on another "ride to nowhere" either on Sunday or Monday.... not finalized yet, but most probably Sunday, and most probably NH4 -- let's see what pans out
