A similar incident took place with us while coming back from slope of hell, kamshet on sunday morning. I was leading the pack with hormuz following me closely and his friend binoy was at the tail end. A team of traffic cops were standing just ahead of sector 46 (couple of meters from belapur-uran phata) signal on palm beach road. We stopped just before the red light but they waived us from the opposite side and asked us to come ahead. After that they asked for license and other bike papers which we showed them. Then the senior cop told us not keep headlights ON and not to ride in formation. He told they have fined a couple of super bikers just few minutes back. I asked him to show if such rule exists in the book. He took out some book from his bike's side box while examining my license and RC card. On finding the documents valid he just said not to ride in formation and keep the lights OFF as further ahead there is naka bandi and cops can catch us again. With this warning he left us and did not open the book.

I want to know whether such a rule exist. I didnt find any such thing on mumbai traffic police website.

I had a similar experience when I was coming back from Goa on the NH4 highway near the entry point to Kolhapur city.We were total 4 bikes.& I was leading.A traffice cop stopped me & instead of the usual show-me-the licence-and-papers- routine he asked me as why the headlight s are on.I explained him about visiblity of other riders in the RVM.He warned not to do that.When asked why,his reply made me smile & I barely managed to control my laughter....He replied " Only VIPs keep there headlights on in Kolhapur"...I didnt even know what to say...Just switched if off only to turn it on after going ahead further...

Infact I might be riding with RishabH from Panvel if all goes well.

We proceed for Dhaba at 8PM. Remember its a weekend and this part of the town has a LOT of saturday night crowd.

I will go see the place today on my way back, and if needed will inform the chaps there about our plans and ofcourse my commission (provided Alankar isnt getting it already :P)

Attended the First Dhaba G2G of my life...It was a pleasure meeting all guys...Meeting Satyen's Spark in person......listening to Alu Bhaiya's & DK Bhau's tales & also some of their antics......my stomach is still hurting after the nights laughter session...Had an amazing night out with you guys...Thanks for the warm welcome u guys gave for the newbies...

Unfortunately since my camera was set at a low exposure setting all I got was Calvin screaming, DK screaming, and me screaming in pitch darkness along with a few shots of laser pointers on Sachin Nair's bossoms. Had fun meeting so many newwww peeps!

And now I know what J.A.H.A - B.G.M means along with all the others who attended. For those who didn't, all I can say is G.M.
