Dude you are like a celebrity man. I saw you today and was able to recognise you due to Blue Alloys, stickering work on your faring, your LS2 helmet and of-course UP number plate. I took a U-turn infront of you at Chakala at around 1 PM in a very dirty Maroon Honda City looking for a way to get to Powai.

1. Where on Earth is Chakala ? :O
2. yea I was getting mad that Powai chowk (I named it) :/ You may have seen standing ? or when My RPM was on 11000 for like 4-5 seconds because I was not getting the way I had to go + sweat and I was going crazy :P
3. And no gears today.

Insaan ko aur kya chahiye, log pehchan le road par bas.

I was in Bandra near 4pm & I was thinking the same that maybe some xBhp member may recognize me now because of Bike.
And its gonna be embarrassing when I'm riding insanely in Traffic / without gear / with gf or when I'm abusing people in Traffic (Dilli Ki Aadat )

Ab jo bhi dikhe road pe. Hath utha dena.

A Request to people reading this line :
"Please get a xBhp logo on rear and on fairing on your Bike."
It will make you feel special :P

Bro now you are acting like a celebrity. Chakala is where you have HCL Comnet, Bisleri factory....I saw you astride your bike with the lid on, and there was a lady behind you at around 1 pm. Uske baad pata nahin aap kahan kahan ghume.

I don't come to that area too often. Agli bar dikhega to haath dikha doonga.

Waise I dont like to put stickers on my rides. No offences to anyone.

Yes, that was me. Agli baar koi Xbhp wala dikha to I will definitely wave or flash light depending on traffic . U turn lete time haath uthana thoda risky lagta hai.

I already have a distinctive K&N- Make your Move sticker on the rear mudguard + my fluorescent yellow Airoh Speedfire One makes me visible enough. Though Im thinkin of adding the xBhp logo to the visor plates of the lid

And I almost never ride w/out my red-black Spartan Hyperion if Im steppin out of my colony

While I was helping the guy who had a fall from his R15 (later he went back with you) that time Sachin pointed at you & said "Viraj se pucha wo return jayega". So I know you

I guess Sachin does remember me from face because I was taking pics and all. )

But brother the main thing.

oh well, i am online almost entirely thru the day while @ work - so the succession of responses on mumbai / pune threads in particular & on the forum in general, are purely coincidental
i belong to siddhachal, vasant vihar, thane - a rookie on this forum - yes... but a fallen-off-the-calendar-riding in real-life - mebbe
i've been reading ur post about ur ninja & have seen u during the sula ride - so technically u r a friend already
u might not recollect, but just to help u freshen up ur memory, the 79 y.o., balding, plumper than danny devitto look-alike guy with a funny pokered face, funnier attire & slowest moving motorcycle, was me.
just like all other married folks w/ kids, i am duty-bound on saturday & sunday evenings, busy running errands @ those ridiculous malls @ thane or shopping veggies @ jambhli naka.
once that's taken care of, i am as free as a fiddle to catchup w/ friends @ any of those dhabas / hangout joints
kadhi bhetuya bol [meaning kabhi milna hain bol ~ for non-marathi folks ]
i am in for even a weekly late-in-the-evening g2g's man...

Are guys from Navi Mumbai invited? I have returned back to Mumbai after staying 5 years away from the city. I miss my biking buddies and days in Pune and Bangalore. Lets meet up some weekend. Late Night G2G also sounds like a magnificent idea.

@chinmayakar : mitra... everybody is invited... only point is the 'when' part. the last g2g [my 1st] happened @ panvel... i hear that, that place @ panvel or the fountain inn @ mira-road end of ghodbunder road, are the 2 preferred locations. but regardless of these, we can anyway meet @ a swasta-ani-masta place anywhere
