Re: The Official Mumbai Offline Meet(G2G) Thread
To keep short & simple I am NEVER going back there..
+ve:
Ninja dint had to wait for service or washing (but I had made appointment 2 days in advance so +ve is still not sure)
-ve;
Worst location - Not easy to find
2 KTM & 1 Kawasaki service stands means only 3 bike at a time (KTM or Ninja) can be serviced rest of the center is for other Bajaj models
Customer lounge consists of 4 chair next to these service stand with no air-condition / 13 inch TV from year in which i was born
Mechanics taking bike out for test drive not using helmet nor interested in explaining customer about their Bike (I asked about Air filter cleaning / Oil Filter location etc)
I think I will be taking my bike to Vashi center next time.. With so many number of KTM & Ninja's Bajaj has sold in market I think they should serious about opening exclusive service stations just like showrooms.

Re: The Official Mumbai Offline Meet(G2G) Thread
It's really sad that none of these companies treat their top end bikes well. It's the same problem with Honda. Vihaan was a horrible experience, and Om Sai was only marginally better. I keep repeating the fact that I truely miss Yamaha service. I LOVE their SVC at Marol (Excellent Yamaha). They are very patient and are willing to give you time. I would not have left Yamaha, if they had a 250 in their saddle. I'm hoping they get the R6, so that I can move back to Yamaha again.Originally posted by viraj_s85 View PostTo keep short & simple I am NEVER going back there..

Viraj I hope you left a feedback though. I left one at Vihaan and the SVC manager had a chat with me regarding my problems. Maybe the manager there isn't aware what the mechanics are up to. Leave a honest feedback, then don't back again.Last edited by rkakkar; 06-24-2013, 04:31 PM.Always assume the other guy will mess up - Ride Defensively!

I told you to go to Sea Woods, Vashi but you still went to Ghatkopar. You get to ride till Palm Beach Road compared to LBS Ghatkopar, You get to sit in A/C lounge with TV, charging points, etc, You get to see your bike serviced in front of you from the A/C Lounge, you have food restaurants outside in case you want to eat. KTM Sea Woods, Vashi is exclusively for KTM & Kawasaki unlike Ghatkopar plus you have an exceptional mechanic named Rehman there.Originally posted by viraj_s85 View PostTo keep short & simple I am NEVER going back there..

Re: The Official Mumbai Offline Meet(G2G) Thread
@viraj_s85 : yeah i can imagine. sachin had already informed me about their messed up operations weeks ago when we spoke about ninja service related issues.
bajaj service is perhaps the lamest of them all - years ago, saw my avenger200 treated by the thane service center as if it were a cow awaiting the guillotine @ the butchers & i divorced those bunch of loosers permanently!
i hate what bajaj calls as Authorized Service Center - its disheartening & disfcukingustingly pathetic way to treat the machines & the customers!Last edited by whymail; 06-24-2013, 06:08 PM.◦ ● 4-wheels move the body... 2-wheels move the soul ● ◦

Yes, you can. As far as I know, you can get your bike serviced at any authorized service centre in India. Bajaj owners, correct me if I'm wrong.Originally posted by Edd View PostI had my first 2 services at Ghatkoper. Can I still go to Vashi for third service?

Re: The Official Mumbai Offline Meet(G2G) Thread
On the other hand the Hyderabad SVC centre is damn good. Very personal care for your Ninja. They treat it as if its their bike. Any issue given which if beyond their knowledge they will on the spot call their seniors or heads in some differrent location or headquarter and they see to it that the customer leaves happy from the showroom. Experienced it.
Regards,
Deepan.

Yes, You can go to Vashi. No one can stop you from servicing your KTM / Kawasaki bike in any of the KTM Service outlets provided you have the appointment taken for servicing your bike.Originally posted by Edd View PostI had my first 2 services at Ghatkoper.
