Marleshwar via NH4 -

Keep riding on NH4 till Karad.
After Karad there are two villages on NH4, Kasegaon and Peth. You are supposed to exit NH4 at either of these villages by taking the right turn towards Shirala on SH111.
At Shirala, ask somebody how to reach Shahuwadi(which is on NH204) via Shirgaon.
After Shahuwadi, keep riding towards NH17. You will cross Amba ghat and will see the exit towards Marleshwar somewhere on the way. Keep asking local villagers for directions once you are near Amba ghat.

You can return via same route or continue riding towards NH17 and return via NH17.

Maybe your wife is uncomfortable because of the seating position of the R15. Why not try something like the RE?

we have one KTM DUKE (500 KMS on Odo)
we will be doing a round trip to mahableshwar (500 KM total)

is it okay to ride the bike for 500 Km, (as 1st service is not yet done ?)
