Yes there have been threads stating some folks have succeeded in getting such a thing working but I for one have yet to see a perfectly working combo like this just yet. The only folks I know, who might be able to pull this one off, might be the 7th gear customs operating out of dadar. Although they specialise in SBK's related mods, they might just sort out this issue of urs too.

Connect the horn directly to battery with a separate switch till then ?

All mechanics in the Kanjur-Thane belt have tried their best to dissuade me but am pretty thick-skinned! PLEASE share these 7th gear customs contact info, if you have them

I already have a separate 3-phase switch for the headlight as the stock one + hi-Low beam isnt working after the mode. Hence adding another extra switch for the light is something I'll do only if there's no other option.

Mum-bikers, need some urgent help!

My old Pulsar 200's left horn switch conked while I was riding last weekend. Thanks to the contactless switchgear n the BCU sensor mumbo-jumbo, I'll have to shell out 670 bucks for the entire left set and the mechanic says there's no alternative.
Now this has happened due to the electric mod that Im doing to convert AC to DC current- coil is rewound, AC output removed, RR replaced by Ape RR and er, fuse has also been removed


Now I already spent 670 on the right side switchgear as it conked while the mechanic was trying to route the final connections after the mod.
The conversion is stuck in limbo as no-one seems to know for sure how to get stock switches n BCU to work after coil rewinding. So there's no point in spending again as I might go for old Pulsar contact switches and remove BCU completely soon
Is there any jugaad/quick-fix possible to get the horn working till then? Please let me know all options brothers!
