Hello Guys,

We are planning to go to Mt.Abu, Rajasthan on 10th Feb & return on 13th February.

Anyone interested in joining for the trip are most welcome.

Mount Abu for 4days. Add one more destination for the ride like say Udaipur(250kms from Mt. Abu)

Sir, we won't be doing any thing serious.
Just some things like checks before going for a ride,
things to keep an eye on when the mechanic is servicing your bike,
things to look for during PDI
things which can be repaired but mechanics tell us to replace, etc.

If we fail to achieve the detail discussion, or the no. of members, it will be a learning curve in arranging such G2Gs.
Just the same as we planned first xBhp 2day ride, dhaba g2g, formation ride etc. . No one actually had the exact idea, eventually we became good at it.

if nobody comes, we 3-4 guys will go for a ride.

Nobody's going to handover us a check for Rs. 1/- for successfully conducting a DIY G2G.

So No worries. Let's see what happens...it's a start...

PS: this reminds when Thane gang (me, anup, bobby) planned first 2day ride to Kashid beach.
we planned so many things, that half of what we discussed was never applied.

My US shipment is held in custom dept since 15 oct 2010. still now it not get clear. What should I do? Pls. help guys.

Finally I have received my shipment on 29th Jan 11 after lot off calls and follow-up with agent and post office guys.

Please Note !

xBhp-Mumbai DIY G2G Session 1

Date : 6th Feb, 2011 (Sunday)

Venue : Amphitheater, Aarey Colony (Pic 1 & Pic 2)

Nearest Bus Stop : Aarey Dairy Pump House

The narrow road next to this bus stop which leads directly to the venue is not marked on google map, so in order to guide you all, me and chicmagnet would be waiting at the following meeting points respectively,

Western Suburbanites : Goregaon-Aarey Road Toll Plaza

Central / Navi Mumbaikars : First Royal Palms entry junction on Aarey Road. (Pic1, Pic2 & Pic3). One has to take second left from this junction to reach the Amphitheater.

Reporting Time : 6:45 am sharp at the respective meeting points.

Session Start Time : 7 am

Session End Time : 9 am

Things to carry :
1. Bike's Manual.
2. Bike's Tool Box.
3. Camera to capture details (optional).
4. Paper & Pen to note down important points.
5. Extra cloth to clean hands if you want to get them dirty.
6. Helmet is mandatory.
7. Bike's Legal Papers & Riding Gears if you are planning to ride after the DIY session.

Topics for Session 1 :

Destination to Ride post DIY Session : Will be decided on the spot !
