Secondly,
Was this your 1st GTG with us(xBHPians)?
If yes, then you should attend a xBHP GTG. It has breifing, riding gear checks, documents checks, Leader and Tailer assignment, Speed Limit control, Intoduction, etc etc......

This time, i was shocked to see so many people gearless like they were coming for a casual ride in the city, but never mentioned anything as they were not a part of our community and they might have taken offense.

So lets meet for the next GTG, and you will see the difference when its just a xBHP GTG. And there is lots to learn from our seniors, keep riding and keep learning.

Yes Dinesh, it was my 1st G2G. And there was no proper formal introduction so did miss out meeting a lot of you seniors whom I know online well..
Well as you said, this could not be termed as actual xbhp g2g then since atleast 20% were non xbhpi'ans or gearless i guess. Anyways, will be looking forward to the next xbhp g2g. Dont know why but I'm dying to ride in proper formation for long distance.

Not 20% mitz, 50% wasnt from xbhp. As Dinesh pointed out, they would have taken offence if we would have tried to make them do/convince about something they dont like or understand.

You'll soon encounter an xbhp g2g in full fledge, where NO GEARS = NO RIDE, literally.

I guess a few Pune-Mumbai xbhp'ians are putting tough efforts on this part, like I heard that NV from Pune is gonna put-up a thread by evening, lets wait n watch what its all about

Rockathon is full day saturday...
Stuntmania auditions in morning (which we will skip)
and GRZ performance in evening, then finally local bands and Parikrima performing in evening after 6
