      yea clutch will wear more cause of more frequent use, but i fail to understand how it will improve your top speed or acceleration.

      also double clutching is used for simple unsynchronised gear boxes. our bikes have synchronised and sequential gear boxes.

          nah...par TVS JIVE pe wheelie bhi hota hai....i did the last time...if satyen reads this...he would kill me !
          A very good and safe biker not only because he can pop up either of the wheels,scrape his knees on a corner or go fast and make it look stylish but because he very well knows his limits and capabilities and has the patience to learn about others and ride safe ! :)

                arre its just the old stupid idea of revving the bike on lower gears to a high rpm and shifting gears and engaging the clutch and releasing it again! thats all...

                EDIT: CLUTCH LEVER !!

                A very good and safe biker not only because he can pop up either of the wheels,scrape his knees on a corner or go fast and make it look stylish but because he very well knows his limits and capabilities and has the patience to learn about others and ride safe ! :)

                          wasnt trying to show off brother...its just the technique which i was going to talk about...pressing the gear lever and keeping it pressed on the jive makes it act like a clutch...atleast for the jerk needed to pull off a wheelie...

                          and all guys including me need to chill here now...a hell lot of posts have been posted in a few minutes...

                              Why would I kill you! Its probably the easiest on the light weight jive... you forgot, I had the bike for 1200KMs and did a Rajmachi trip on it too!
