Few had problem that why Roadshakers were leading. They were leading cus they
Knew how to ride in formation.

Here you have the ANSWER here itself, if they know how to ride in FORMATION or not! From my view I see a CROWD & NOT a Bike formation.
You should see Roadshakers when they ride in Pune city, "Rash Riding" is a word I'll use to define what they do.

How does that make a difference bro, one is still w/o a Helmet & yes He too was a Participant / Voulnteer, and rules applies for evryone.

THIS RULE

Terms and Conditions
1) Wearing a helmet is compulsory for both rider and pillion, and participants without a proper motorcycle helmet shall not be allowed to participate. If found in violation of doing so, the Traffic Police present through the course of the ride is free to fine you and take necessary legal action against you for the same.

Again, I got no issues with you or Roadshakers, but you must not make opinions against groups or people without knowing what they really are.

I hope the Ride becomes a big success & I request all the xbhp'ians to join for the noble cause.

Here it is on Google Maps...

Try getting to Fame Adlabs or Cinemax (Versova) on Link road in Andheri (W). Head straight from the Cinemax signal and you should find it on your right just before the next signal... It has a huge tyre shop (Goodyear, i think) next to it...

EDIT: I'd suggest you call up the guy once, before heading there...
